Precisei ficar no hotel neste fim de semana. Experiência bastante desagradável. Após realizar a reserva, realizei contato telefônico com o hotel, o recepcionista atendeu com muita “má vontade”. Na chegada, não foi diferente.
O quarto era muito diferente das fotos. O banheiro todo descascando uma espécie de pintura feita sobre os azulejos, além de estar bastante sujo, sem toalha de rosto. Móveis antigos e muito mal preservado. Piso descolando e sujo. Restos de fios da instalação do chuveiro estavam pelo chão. O chuveiro era a única coisa boa no quarto. Não efetuei o cancelamento da reserva imediatamente porque o aplicativo não permitia o cancelamento sem cobrança de multa.
Não indico que se hospedem no local, péssimo custo-benefício. É possível encontrar outros hotéis no centro de Porto Alegre com valores bem semelhantes e com ótima estrutura. Eu só reservei nesse hotel porque as fotos indicavam uma realidade bem diferente.

O quarto é simples e antigo, precisa de muitas reformas. Não tinha barulho na hora de dormir. Eu recomendo pra passar apenas a noite, em razão do baixo custo. O café da manhã estava bom!
