Excellent location, nice swimming pool. Very sc**** three-star room and certainly not a 4. Non-existent view, the window faced a wall and they pass it off as a superior room. Very small bathroom with shower with fabric curtain all broken, you couldn't even lift the toilet seat because it touched the toilet paper holder. Bedspread with two stains, mattress with very old and uncomfortable springs. The worst thing was the smell of deodorant in the room probably to cover some smell that made it difficult to sleep, plus they decided to spray it in the air conditioner too. 22 inch mini TV. Safe present but not working, asked at reception to repair it but nothing. Very haughty and rude reception guy, the girls on the other hand more kind. The only positive note was the price, very cheap but because it was May, in August exorbitant prices for room and services. In any case, I do not recommend the structure, there is better nearby. Breakfast €20 to be paid extra

Apesar do espaço envolvente ser muito agradável, este hotel tem quartos minúsculos, sem isolamento de som. O pequeno almoço é muito fraco e pouco saudável. Precisa urgentemente de uma reforma! O estacionamento é muito limitado e os hóspedes impedem a saída dos carros que estacionaram em primeira fila.

After a careful research we decided to go to Colonna county club. We couldn’t do better choice. The location is very nice, the hotel has everything and it has the best value/price in Porto Cervo. However the thing that really we won’t be able to forget is the customer service level which was outstanding. I’m very hard to please person but Colonna county club staff, especially Marco Riccio, the front desk manager went extra mile in order to make our experience unforgettable. I was in touch with Marco through email before to get there and he made sure to accommodate me in all my requests and once I got there all the team was fantastic. We will definitely go back! Ancora grazie mille Marco!

Wir sind mit dem Menuangebot sehr unzufrieden. Bis auf die die feine Tomatensauce und der Parmigiana war alles unter den Erwartungen. Das Essen hatte kein Geschmack. Für das Brot und den Reibkäse mussten wir betteln. Das Frühstücksbüffet auch eine grosse Enttäuschung im Vergleich zum Jahr 2019. Es fehlte vor allem an regionalen Produkten wie zum Beispiel Wassermelone, Ricotta oder gemischten Fruchtsalat. Das Müesli war zum Teil auch Mangelware. Insgesamt habe ich den Eindruck, dass diese Kette zulasten der Touristen beim Essen ein grosses Sparprogramm durchboxten. Das war das letzte Mal, dass wir hierher kamen.

Chambre spacieuse mais très kitch et humide Douche très très étroite , le lit est très inconfortable, le placard sent la moisissure impossible d’y mettre les vêtements ou même de l’ouvrir. Écran TV minuscule Petit déjeuné moyen. Et pour couronner le tout serviette de plage payante 5 euros même pour l’échanger. C’est très loin d’un 4 étoiles et le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas du tout c’est excessivement cher pour ce que c’est. Je ne le recommande pas du tout
