Hotel Falli

The hotel is very beautiful especially on the outside and especially in the evening because it is very scenic. there are many positive sides: in particular the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, there are some flaws that I point out in order to improve them, therefore they are to be understood as constructive criticism which I hope will be read by the owners. First of all, being a 4 star hotel, I would like to point out the lack of a kettle with tea and herbal teas in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was good, but not at the level of a 4 star in terms of quantity and differentiation of products. The breakfast waiter staff was very kind, but a tall guy with glasses was always sulking and never said hello and another, smaller guy always with glasses was very kind but it is unacceptable to hear "hello" when you leave seen that you are a guest and you are an adult. The bicycle rental service in a 4-star hotel should be complete and available to guests. The soundproofing of the rooms in the annex at the back of the hotel is completely absent!!!! I heard my neighbor go to the bathroom, carry out his needs and I even heard when he flushed the toilet...not to mention his morning alarm at 6.30 which I could hear perfectly from my bed in the next room... I could hear even the door opening and closing and all the talk about the stairs...this is truly unacceptable. All these shortcomings mean that a 4-star hotel must deserve 4 stars. However the stay was very pleasant overall.

Fantastic hotel, breathtaking sea view. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast is very good and of high quality, very abundant in both sweet and savory dishes. The hotel also has a restaurant called Cosimino, with a wonderful sea view, the food is excellent, the staff very kind, very good and very helpful in particular Simone and Mary, Simone congratulations for your kindness and availability, highly recommended.

Stunning hotel, very close to the sea with rooms overlooking the sea, there are also rooms not on the sea side, the rooms are large and clean. The staff is very kind, good and very helpful. Excellent breakfast, plentiful, ranging from sweet to savory. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Hotel a few steps from the sea and the centre, the hotel has a beautiful restaurant with top quality products, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have been frequenting this hotel and its excellent food for several years. (one of the best in the region) Managed by an extraordinary family, all the staff take great care of their customers. stayed for 10 days in this beautiful structure. Modern room equipped with all comforts with fabulous sea view and well soundproofed. The parking is also convenient and absolutely essential in the bedlam of the central weeks of August. Despite the positive aspects listed, however, I feel obliged to make some small criticisms. A beautiful structure like the Falli deserves greater attention regarding the quality of some breakfast products which, despite being very varied, lacks the freshness of some products and I am referring in particular to the croissants, toasts and pan bauletto. Second and final note, the positioning of the air conditioner in the room in front of the bed is certainly not what could be defined as the ideal solution, especially if you keep it on at night (an obligatory solution given that it is impossible to sleep with the doors open due to the noise coming from the street and from the Cosimino restaurant below). As far as breakfast is concerned, it can certainly be improved but for the air conditioning I think it cannot be done differently. However, an experience worth repeating.
