O resort é excepcional, ambiente lindo, muito bem decorado e o atendimento é de primeira. Após ficar no Vivá, fomos para Maragogi e nos hospedamos em um resort muito famoso lá (e inclusive com propaganda de ser um dos melhores do mundo) e foi uma decepção, só não voltamos para o Vivá porque não tinha mesmo como cancelar a reserva do outro em cima da hora. Achamos o Vivá muito melhor, mais bonito, mais confortável, mais limpo e mais barato que o resort famoso de Maragogi.

O resort tem ótimas instalações. O restaurante deixa a desejar. Café da manhã variado, mas repetitivo. Jantar deixa muito a desejar! O restaurante único não está a altura das instalações do resort e do valor cobrado pelo serviço. O Serviço de carnes é péssimo! Esperei 1h40min por pequenos pedaços de carne picanha, depois de reclamar diversas vezes. A carne demorou , chegou em quantidade insuficiente para 4 pessoas e fora do ponto (parecia carne de panela assada). Nos 4 dias que jantei 2 dias foram fracos, 1 foi péssimo e 1 foi bom. As sobremesas não são saborosas, só salva um pudim. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

O hotel é muito bom, já me hospedei três vezes, uma sugestão, um resort como o Vivá merece têr na recepção para os hóspedes que acabam de chegar independente do do horário um lanche, coquetel de boas vindas. Creio que ter um café, suco e chá da tarde na recepção é um diferencial . Cafezinho coado livre é sempre muito bom.

Lugar muito bem cuidado. Equipe muito atenciosa. Faço um agradecimento especial ao Léo André (barman) e ao Paulo Vinícius (garçom) do bar da praia. Muito profissionais e atenciosos com a minha família. Estão de parabéns, pois melhoraram muito a nossa estadia com a atenção que nos foi dispensada, durante o período que lá estivemos.
