É a segunda vez que a gente vem e amamos! Pretendo voltar! Tudo de bom por aqui! Localização excelente, culinária maravilhosa, acomodações confortáveis, funcionários atenciosos ,agradeço demais a todos, especialmente Erika e Angelo que com muito cuidado fizeram nossos dias melhores,atendendo a particularidades como colchão e cadeira confortáveis,há que eu estava passando por um momento de contusão muscular! Até o momento foi o melhor hotel ALL inclusive que eu visitei. Quartos grandes,ar condicionado gelando,chuveiro quentinho,roupa de cama ótima. O hotel em si é extremamente limpo,amplo e organizado . Jardim bem cuidado e limpo . A manutenção aqui ocorre diariamente Os funcionários sempre solícitos e educados em todos os momentos. Os recreadores animam os hóspedes em todas as atividades,inclusive existe um menu no celular que o hotel te fornece lá vc encontra tudo que vc precisa em relação ao hotel (horários das refeições,wi-fi,agenda de atividades) . As piscinas são limpas,amplas e comportam a todos os hóspedes sem tumulto. A alimentação é bem diversificada e uma delícia,todas as refeições nos surpreenderam os funcionários estão sempre repondo,horário estendido do almoço é um diferencial (12:30/15:30),bebidas sempre geladas a vontade e da melhor qualidade. Sorvetes diferenciados e muito gostosos,petiscos diferente todos os dias. Cardápio do almoço e do jantar sempre muda,várias opções de carne,aves e peixes, além de opções veganas tbm. Sobremesas incrivelmente deliciosas. Área da praia com cadeiras e guarda sol,além de um bar com bebidas( água,drinks com álcool e sem álcool e água de coco a vontade) . Enfim é um ALL inclusive maravilhoso não tenho só que reclamar. Estamos apaixonados pelo local e por toda experiência que estamos vivendo aqui. O hotel é muito mais que as fotos ,é maravilhoso demais .... Com certeza vamos voltar brevemente.

Marcamos essa viagem sem nenhuma pretenção e o hotel foi muito melhor do que poderíamos esperar. A comida é ótima, os funcionários excelentes, simpáticos e atenciosos. Desde a chegada até o check out ocorreu tudo muito bem. Recomendamos demais e pretendemos voltar! Ótimo Custo benefício.

Amei o hotel, ficamos num quarto "tipo bangalo" , super arrumado, funcionários atenciosos, comida muito boa e a bebida a vontade mesmo e de qualidade, marcas boas que é impossovel não ter a sua preferida. Não é um complexo enorme como os resorts tradicionais mas provavelmente por isso achei muito bom. Recomendo!

Excelente! Bebidas de ótima qualidade, comida com bastante variedade e muito saborosas! Funcionários bastante atenciosos! A estrutura do hotel é muito boa e é bem conservada! Quartos muito aconchegantes, bem limpos! Nota 10! A única ressalva fica por conta da falta de ar condicionado no restaurante, que deveria ter, por ser muito quente dentro! Mas nada que atrapalhou a estadia! Gostamos muito!

comida e bebidas muito boas. praia boa para banho. funcionários atenciosos. hotel está precisando de reforma nos quartos. fiquei em um muito velho, com cama velha e colchão que atacou minha coluna. pedi pra trocar de quarto, mas me atenderam. trocaram o colchão, mas foi por outro pior. Resultado passei 6 noites no hotel tomando remédio pra coluna.
