The Westin Porto de Galinhas, an All-Inclusive Resort

Excelente hotel. Elogio especial a equipe de recreação nota 10. A unica coisa que deixou a desejar foram os almoços. Os jantares eram muito melhores com mais opções.

Quase tudo o único desconforto é a falta de barra nos chuveiros, banheiro muito perigoso para idosos e pessoas para se equilibrar em um pé só.

No geral foi muito bom, somente um problema no ar do quarto que não estava gelando muito bem e a banheira que não abria o ralo de jeito algum para escoar a água suja.

From the food, structure and staff to the check out experience, it was perfect. I will return and highly recommend it.

Positive points: 1) the service is amazing! All the staff, from reception to those who serve us in the restaurants, are very polite, helpful and have a professionalism that is different from other hotels in the region; 2) The cleanliness, both in the room and in the common areas; 3) the location, you can walk to Pontal do Cupe, where the bathing is very good and there are fish at low tide; 4) drinks, ice cream/popsicles and snacks from the food truck (hot dogs and delicious sandwiches). Points to improve: 1) the snacks served in the pool area (chips and cold, stale dumplings… except the shrimp portion which was delicious); 2) food temperature (the food in the restaurant is very good, however, it needs some adjus**ent to keep it warm…); 3) the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, but there is an architectural problem: the division between the bathroom and the bed is made of glass, so that if a person uses the bathroom at night, the light illuminates the entire room. room and ends up disturbing the other person in bed).
