Fabulous retreat near São Paulo — a great place to come and relax. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is lovely. The standard rooms are huge.

Absolutamente incrível!
Absolutamente incrível! A estrutura é fora de série em um lugar (Fazenda Boa Vista) completamente maravilhoso, com vistas de tirar o fôlego. Fomos em casal para descansar. Não recomendo família com crianças, pois tem um perfil mais intimista. Melhor experiência de hotel que já tive no Brasil e no exterior. Faz realmente jus ao valor e às 5 estrelas que possui. Recomendo a qualquer um que busque tranquilidade, conforto, serviço e comida de primeira qualidade.

Dos Fasanos o que menos gostei...
O horário do check in as 17 horas e check out as 12hs é terrível. Horário de funcionamento da sauna até as 19 horas tambem não é simpático. Não poder pedir massa fora do restaurante é ruim... O quarto, o café da manhã e o hotel são bons, nada demais.

Hotel idílico, dos sonhos!
Nossa alegria foi completa por termos comemorado nosso aniversário de 21 anos de casamento com vocês. O hotel é idílico, arquitetura, decoração e paisagismo belíssimos. A gastronomia segue o padrão de excelência já consagrado e o atendimento impecável.
Infelizmente não nos lembramos de todos os nomes, mas toda a equipe com quem tivemos contato foi extremamente agradável, eficiente e solícita. Em especial gostaria de mencionar o atendimento dos rapazes do bar da piscina e do bar da sinuca, que foram incansáveis em atenções delicadezas conosco, sobretudo o sr. Rudiney.
Porém, como sugestão, a exemplo de outros hotéis situados fora dos grandes centros, como o Parador Cambará do Sul e o Colline de France, seria interessante que Fasano Boa Vista oferecesse uma sacolinha com água mineral e algum biscoitinho ou chocolate no momento do check-out. Um mimo de grande utilidade e de extrema gentileza para com os hóspedes que, em larga maioria, tomarão a estrada para deixar o hotel.
