Lovely large room and bathroom. Only issue was that the shower tray wall tile interface was mouldy. Good breakfast.

너무나 완벽한 위치와 서비스를 받았습니다! 뷰는 그닥 좋지는 않았지만 창밖 볼일이 별로 없어서 상관없었습니다! 직원분들도 친절하시고, 슈퍼도 가까이 있고 역에서도 너무 가깝고. 게다가 호텔이 깨끗해서 맘에 들었습니다. 다음에도 이곳에서 숙박하고 싶어요!

旅遊城市最重要的就是酒店 波爾圖一切都很好 吃的好玩的好 就是酒店太差勁了 真的會影響旅遊心情 前台人員擺臉色 早上7點的飛機到了酒店 寄存行李 告知可以下午2點入住送到酒店房間裏 不僅行李沒有送 2點入住酒店 被告知房間沒有收拾好 等收拾好了通知我們 讓我們先在大廳等着 等到2點半也無人通知 2點50去了前台詢問才安排房間 而且再次需要護照 進行了二次登記 晚上剛回到酒店 發現衞生間漏水 是樓上客人的洗澡水 無人處理 並且讓客人自己換取房卡 客人自己換房間 在衞生間的化粧品全部淋濕還有在衞生間的自帶洗漱用品 衣物全部淋濕 在此期間無工作人員處理 是自己去前台換取新房間的房卡 酒店補償僅僅是早餐券 在退房的時候聽到了一句抱歉 房間枕頭有血跡 垃圾桶裏都是螞蟻 還有螞蟻在酒店裡散步 衹能説該酒店徒有其表 服務人員態度惡劣 其中有一名穿西服的短髮微胖男子 最為惡劣 有歧視傾向

We booked a junior suite to have a bigger room. We were “upgraded” to a superior double with a balcony. Which gave us a normal size room with a balcony that was too cold/wetto use. I asked at reception about the room, and was told we were in the best room in the hotel, BUT it wasn’t what we booked! We were there for 4 nights and tbh it put a damper on our stay. We like to sit in our room in the evening and with this room we did not have the comfort to do this.
