I cannot recommend this hotel! The staff is extremely rude (I have never encountered such behavior in a customer service situation). We had booked a room that was supposed to have a jacuzzi outside, but it turned out that our reservation did not include it, even though it was written in our reservation. The hotel gave all sorts of made-up reasons for this. In addition, the spa was closed, which was not announced in advance and the reason for this was not truthful. We had chosen the hotel for the spa and jacuzzi, so we were quite disappointed that these were not there. However, we got a room with a jacuzzi, but we should not have spent so much time and energy on this, because this was not the customer's fault. The behavior was also shocking in how things were handled and the employee was nasty throughout our vacation. We missed the apology, but the hotel manager also spoke condescendingly. In addition, the shower floor is extremely slippery, fortunately nothing serious happened. I cannot recommend this hotel, because it is not a very reliable hotel and the customer is not treated properly.

A decent hotel but was disappointed that on arrival I paid an additional 30 Euros for a room with a balcony, its a pity I was informed that they expected it to rain for the whole duration of my stay, I unfortunately couldnt use the balcony at any point due to it being wet all he time, what a waste of money!!!!!

The service was amazing with a guide to the city as soon as we arrived. The facilities were great, minus the closure of the spa while we were there.

We really liked the hotel. Clean, modern, good facilities, wonderful breakfast, very nice pool area too.
The location is also good, as it is close to the tourist attractions, but it is on a dangerous street where our car was stolen.

Very good hotel, but you had to ask for a toothbrush when normally hotels provide them without being asked. Be careful, the hotel records your credit card and will still charge you 3€ without your consent + the tourist tax, while in other 5 star hotels they don't do this.
