So cool.. Warming londge .. The reception stuff so nice and location very well

The room environment is very good, very spacious and very clean. The front desk is very friendly and happy to answer your questions. They will give you a beer when you check in. The only thing you need to do is lock the windows at night to insulate the sound.

The sauna was a proper sauna.

Fantastic, very clean and it's beautiful and different from other hotels, it's worth it and it's close to everything.

Good service attitude! A bottle of beer was delivered as soon as I entered the door. Although the space is small, I only stayed for one night to catch the train. I don’t need too much equipment, so the experience is not bad

Second stay, very good

Good property close to DT Porto. Very clean and large washrooms. AC issue fixed in a short amount of time.

The property was very unique in its appearance. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The young waitress helped me select a few appetizer for my sick partner and then gave me 2 bags, one with plates and cutlery, the other with food, just awesome and kind. The young lady for breakfast on Sunday morning when I asked for pineapple put together 2 small glass containers for us. The service was impeccable. We wanted to have a different experience with the boxed room and perhaps next time we will better know what to expect but all in all a very different and out of the box experience, pardon the pun Patricia Hay

Super unique property - but literally had everything I needed. Very convenient for walking around Porto, rooms were small (as advertised) but beds were soft and you had everything provided that you could need. I know some people mentioned the lack of windows could be a problem - but I never didn't even notice. Good lighting, beer on arrival, and bathroom was great. A couple of notes... 1. Luggage storage is available on every floor with lockers that you put a 1 euro coin into operate. You get your money back at the end of the day! Super convenient. 2. Sign out front is a bit hard to see - google maps is correct though so just check the three doors (restaurant next door) depending on what time of day you arrive. My favourite hotel on my 3 week trip through Portugal and the Czech Republic!

Fun concept. Great sleep. Right across the street from a good traditional restaurant.

We loved staying at the Zero Box! It had everything we needed for our one night stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. While the room is only for sleeping, the rest of the hotel has a fun vibe. There is a comfortable lounge and restaurant and a sauna and library area. We would love to come back and stay there again.

The the rooms are like coffins with no windows. They were not clean. The staff were nice and the location was excellent
