Hotel is located at the Heart of Porto and accessible to a lot of attractions. The rooms has a terrace that offer a nice time to sit down,

The hotel prearranged a Handicap room for us, which we did not request because we are NOT disable with no garden view on the basement level. When we requested to change our Handicap room (room# 09) the bald headed male receptionist with a beard refused our request with a bad attitude with no explanation. Our reservation is booked two months in advance for our October visit to Porto and it's non cancel. We don't want any confrontation in a foreign country when we don't speak their language. I felt helpless and trap; this is what you get for a US$200 per night hotel room. After a few hours later the hotel called (again with attitude)to let us know they will change our room to room#013 next day after 3pm. This room is smaller and the window is facing a wall (no garden view), no sun light and we felt unsafe because there's a public walkway in front of our window. This hotel failed to takes responsibility for their mistake. It made us feels UNWELCOME. I think the staffs at this hotel should takes some Hospitality classes. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN PORTO, PORTUGAL!!!!!

I loved my stay! The room was spacious, clean, equipped with Nuxe hair/body wash & hair conditioner, and even a balcony! I was only there for a night but I would have loved to stay longer! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. There were even 2x complimentary fruit drinks & glass bottled mineral water in the mini bar. Fantastic!

Great location close to Sao Bento railway station. Staff were very helpful when my wife had to visit a local hospital after a fall in the old city.
