One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

The house is very clean and the decoration is very cozy ~ The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and their team is also very responsible and responds quickly!

The accommodation was excellent. Great location. Comfortable bed, good shower and living room. Very clean and well equipped. The booking process was simple and the staff could not be more helpful. I had a bicycle with me which they stored for the duration of our stay. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for me as a solo female traveller. Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need to “live” in Porto on your trip! The area felt super safe and everything was 25 mins or under to walk, I hardly needed my metro pass. Rafaela was super helpful with coordination, as was the rest of the staff, and Hugo helped me in the middle of the night when I made the (very silly) mistake of forgetting my key! Could not recommend the unit, or this company though.

A really great location and a gorgeous apartment! The place was absolutely spotless and well kitted out. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Great check-in/out experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
