Few minutes from airport in Vila Baleira. Clean city hotel, simple decor rooms, small pool, and good breakfast included. Hotel has no lift, so if you dont like stairs, ask for a ground floor room Bar Colombo by the pool serves drinks, icecream and light meals. Wifi worked perfect in and out of my room. Would have liked an english newschannel on the tv. All staff friendly and hospittable. For a city stay in Vila Baleira and for the reasonable price payed, I would stay again

the hotel is located remotely, but near the best beach on the island. The hotel is modern and eco, which is very important for me. A bottle of wine was waiting for me in the room. The bathroom had all the necessary supplies, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. the breakfast is varied: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, salad, different types of sausages and cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, fruits, lots of sweets, all kinds of jams! champagne, as always, in Pestana is a big plus. By the way, this is the only hotel in my life where they serve artichokes for breakfast!!! good coffee machine, the coffee is very tasty! The hotel offers scooters and cars for rent, you can arrange any excursion... a sauna and steam room are available for your use. The pool is not heated, but after the sauna it’s the best feeling! the rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, they will help with any problem, even if it is not their responsibility. the place you want to return to!

Nice hotel, good service and flexible means on arrival and leaving. Luggages could be left to hotel beforehand and after leaving from room. This is importand due to late ferry on friday. We could have a full exploring day on leaving day also without the luggages being dragged along. If you arrive with boat take a taxi or public bus 944 to hotel. Taxi is under 10e, bus under 2e. If you decide to walk via road it takes ovet an hour, via Beach 45min. From the beach you need to map yourself in as there are no signs of info. Good beach-cafe, good food and helpful staff. Thanks for a pleasent stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, helpful staff and great food. We had a lovely week there and explored the island. We travelled with Tui from London Gatwick and everything was very well organised. During our stay we hired Twingos from the hotel reception and drove around the entire island in one morning. We also booked a boat trip and we were collected from reception and taken down to the harbour for the two hour trip. The beach here is wonderful and easy access from the hotel. Porto Santo is a lovely town and a visit to the museum is a must.
