We spent 7 nights in this beautiful hotel whose staff were friendly and helpful. The room is sufficiently large, with a large built-in wardrobe (the anti-theft hangers that prevent you from hanging your clothes outside the wardrobe are a bit anachronistic), desk, minibar; a 230V socket for each bedside table and one near the desk, sufficient for 2 mobile phones and an additional device. Those who have more needs (photography, intercoms for motorcycle helmets, computers, drones, ..) will have to bring an electric power strip from home. The bathroom is not very modern but everything works as it should. Not very large but functional terrace with 2 chairs and comfortable drying rack for drying costumes, towels and small laundry. Air conditioning well ADJUSTABLE to the desired temperature. Varied breakfast, with a wide choice of sweets, which change daily. The savory menu is more static with only the choice of raw ham, cooked ham, cheese slices; the fresh ricottas are good. It's a shame that the juices are only freeze-dried; a 4-star hotel should offer freshly squeezed juice (even limiting one glass per person): oranges don't cost a fortune and juice machines are easy to clean nowadays. We only went there once for dinner and it was to our liking, the maitre Mario was very nice. The beach, included in the price, as can be seen from the photos, is not very large, but sufficient; the seabed is mostly sandy but muddy. The first day we went they told us that the beach doesn't open before 9:00 and the place has a "first come first serve" rule (it's right to set a time to avoid hotel guests going in beach early to reserve seats with your own towels). Only later, seeing several "reservations" of sunbeds with beach towels, and having asked for explanations, were we told that only those who stay for at least 8 nights have a fixed and reserved place. Good parking included in the price, covered by an anti-sun sheet. From the hotel in 15-20 minutes you can reach Port Santo Stefano on foot, along an illuminated pedestrian and cycle path.

Hotel is on a busy road into Porto San Stefano - the hotel's beach is accessible via a subway under the road. Room had a side sea view which was lovely - well maintained, clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast. Monte Argentario is a beautiful place and I'd be very happy to stay here again
Response from Property: Dear ErmintrudeMook thank you so much for your nice review. We are so happy you had time to write it and to share your comments online. We are glad that you liked the rooms, the view, the beach and our breakfast, the beach. We hope you'll try the restaurant, next time ;) Our location is beautiful and we try to offer same quality. Best regards from Argentario The manager Gian Luca Gozzo

We stayed in this hotel which is located directly on the sea, excellent cleanliness, the guys at the reception are super kind and prepared. Service on the beach is one of the best, they leave you clean towels every day and they have lunch service, fast, directly on the beach. When you arrive in you are free to choose the umbrella every morning. Congratulations also to Mrs. Patrizia, the coffee in the bar is very good.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days with breakfast only. Excellent location, 5 minutes by car from Porto Santo Stefano, and at the same time with private beach service in front of the hotel included in the stay. Well-kept hotel, friendly but at the same time professional and helpful staff: thanks to their advice we were able to visit several very suggestive beaches. We had dinner a couple of times at the restaurant, the cuisine is really very good, with non-trivial dishes, some of which are surprising. There was a small mix-up on some dishes, but it was promptly resolved by the staff. We spent 5 very pleasant days, and therefore recommend this hotel for all people who want to discover Mount Argentario

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in May with my husband. From the reviews read and considering that it is a 4th star, I expected something more. It is a large hotel, with parking and a private beach, reachable via an underpass, which we were unable to access as it was full of water and it had rained a lot in the days before our arrival. The room assigned to us was not bad, but not 4 stars, even if it was spacious. However, we had an unpleasant problem as we found several small "silverfish" insects typical of humid environments on the sheets. Having reported the problem to the reception, they promptly, with apologies, proceeded to change the sheets, what is certain is that it was not pleasant at all and for this reason, if we were to ever return to the area, I don't think we will stay at Baia D' again Silver. When it came time to pay, I didn't say or ask for anything, but given this inconvenience, there was a bit of a discount...

The strong points of the structure are: the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff, the excellent position overlooking the bay, the availability of parking, the private beach right in front of the hotel with free sunbeds, umbrella and beach towel, the daily and thorough cleaning of the room, a second change of towels in the afternoon, TV with Sky, a very varied breakfast of both sweet and savory dishes (excellent yoghurts from a Tuscan company), the good quality of the catering. The only small flaw: the road in front of the hotel is very busy, but we were in high season. The shuttle service, even in the evening, offered free of charge by the Municipality to reach the nearby towns and beaches is excellent. it allowed us to reach Porto Santo Stefano for the mini-cruise to Giannutri and Isola del Giglio without using our car and saving the costs of parking in the port. Absolutely recommended for a stay in those locations.

We made an obligatory stop to embark for the island of Giglio early the next morning. Having overcome the problem relating to the price difference found on the internet (although perplexed, they granted us the lower price and also apologised) we found the room and bathroom clean and tidy. Adequate structure at the agreed price of €97.00 for a double room.

Response from Property: Dear Sery851, thank you for having had the opportunity and time to share your opinion on the Baia d'Argento. The photo is beautiful and helps the textual description to understand the beauty of our coast and the particular position of the hotel. Naturally, alongside the quality of the landscape, we try to offer an equally high quality of our reception and catering services. And we are proud of it when we succeed in our goal. Thanking you for the kind words, warm regards Gian Luca Gozzo

Very suitable hotel for our short 4 day holiday. The location is good, between Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, the parking is very convenient (note of merit, it is not easy to park the car in September, I imagine in high season!). The suite is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Excellent and varied breakfast. Few negative notes. Perhaps better lighting in the rooms and a little more resourcefulness from the staff in the breakfast room: you had to chase them to get an espresso or a cappuccino (also excellent!). The beach was closed having stayed at the end of September, it seems small but I have no information to judge. The staff at the reception were very kind and efficient.

Response from Property: Dear Pacc, we are pleased that upon returning home you had the opportunity to express your opinion online. We will take into account the indications on the lighting of the rooms, while for the beach in September, after the latest sea storms, it is always a little narrower than usual.; which is why at the beginning of the season we must carry out particularly careful nourishment and maintenance. We thank you for your appreciation and we hope to be able to host you again at the Argentario. Best regards Gian Luca Gozzo

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, where the Hotel is itself part of the Holiday, to be admired and enjoyed. Located less than 2 km from the center of Porto Santo Stefano, connected by a pleasant walk (also cycle path) that runs alongside dream beaches, the structure directly overlooks a small private beach: I stayed in a room with a hill view, but there are rooms that overlook the splendid waters of the Argentario. Comfortable rooms, furnished with taste and elegance, TV with Sky channels, excellent cleanliness, kindness and professionalism of the staff, dream breakfast and free parking complete the picture

Response from Property: Dear Filomena, thank you for taking some time after returning from holidays to share this wonderful review. We are really happy for the beautiful words that described your stay at Baia d'Argento. The location of the structure not far from the town and, at the same time, on the splendid Argentario coast is an enviable plus for every hotel. We try to live up to it. We hope to be able to greet you again on another occasion, Gian Luca Gozzo

This hotel is absolutely perfect for everything. The clean and pleasant rooms, spectacular views, breakfast that cannot be improved and very kind staff. A beach under the hotel and free beach towels are available to customers. The restaurant service was also excellent. Large, convenient car park. The only drawback: the rooms with the wonderful sea view are affected by the noise of the very busy road below. I would still go back with great pleasure.

Response from Property: Dear Graziana G, thank you for having had the opportunity and time to write a very favorable review on the Baia d'Argento. We would have to go back too far in time to better locate the hotel in relation to the street and therefore this remains the only thing we cannot improve. But we are happy when we manage to compensate for that only flaw with our hospitality :) Thank you for your opinion and if you want to come back to visit us. regards Gian Luca Gozzo
