Hotel Vittoria

Sono stato in questo albergo a inizio anno con la mia compagna ci siamo trovati molto bene, la struttura era molto pulita e tenuta bene il personale era gentile e disponibile molto simpatico in particolare il proprietario Alessandro una persona molto gentile e solare. cibo fresco e di qualita. lo consiglio specialmente a chi cerca un posto per rilassarsi e vivere una vacanza di puro relax.

L'hotel è molto bello: pulito, nuovo, ben arredatoe comodo, posizione tranquilla per rilassarsi. Ho trovato il personale molto disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste che gli facevamo. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Lo consiglierei

La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata abbastanza negativa se consideriamo il complesso, quindi dalla prenotazione fino al pagamento. Cominciamo con gli aspetti positivi: La visuale delle camere vista mare!!!! Uno spettacolo veramente bello. Devo anche ammettere che la gentilezza dei proprietari è stata ineccepibile. Soprattutto di Alessandro, un ragazzo molto in gamba. Ah poi la piscina: si sta molto bene anche se non capisco perchè l'acqua non era trasparente ma era bianca, in sostanza non si vedeva il fondo. L'aspetto negativo molto importante - oltre a piccoli intoppi come il piatto doccia che si allaga, dover chiamare per farsi portare la carta igienica, o chiedere la colazione salata e sentirsi chiedere se si voglia le uova o il prosciutto (ma non si potrebbero avere entrambi considerato che il soggiorno non è economicissimo???), due prosecchi chiesti e mai arrivati, - è stata l'organizzazione. In fase di prenotazione chiamo una seconda volta per aggiungere un giorno. Quando sono arrivato nessuno sapeva che mi sarei fermato un giorno in più. Vabbè poco importa. Al momento di andar via mi presento in reception per pagare. Nessuna ricevuta e/o pezzo di carta con il dettaglio delle (molte) consumazioni che ho fatto in albergo. Di conseguenza pago la cifra comunicatami con la carta e vado via. Dopo circa un'ora, alle ore 10.46 mi contatta la Signora dicendomi che per errore non avevo pagato l'ultima notte (quindi altre 145 €). Vabbè, ho pensato, non ho avuto modo di controllare in quanto mi hanno detto solo la cifra totale, per cui le rispondo che se mi mandano una mail che contenesse anche la lista dettagliata delle consumazioni la avrei saldata immediatamente (peraltro prometto alla Signora di fare il bonifico istantaneo che arriva istantaneamente e non dopo 2 giorni). 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 giorni.....nulla. La mail arriva dopo 16 giorni peraltro a mezzanotte: mi chiedono: a) una notte; b) le consumazioni dell'ultimo giorno (???!!!???!!!!) c) il long check out; visibilmente irritato (ma sempre educato) chiamo la Signora a mezzanotte dicendo che sono disposto a pagare la notte in più, sono disposto a pagare le consumazioni dell'ultimo giorno (ma perchè non me le hanno addebitate sul primo conto???? e come faccio a verificare che non si siano sbagliati dopo 16 giorni?) ma non il long check out considerato che alle 10.46 la Signora stessa mi ha chiamato al telefono (come potrebbe dimostrare il registro chiamate). Alla fine............dato il mio tono irritato il giorno dopo, devo ammettere, che si sono proposti di rinunciare ai soldi che ancora avrei dovuto......ma a me il rimedio è sembrato peggio del male come si dice.......per cui mi sono rifiutato ed ho pagato il dovuto (quindi una notte e le consumazioni dell'ultimo giorno), fortunatamente senza long check out che ancora non ho capito come è saltato fuori. Ovviamente un elenco delle consumazioni fatte in albergo ancora non l'ho ricevuto. Vabbè............. A questo punto fa

My partner and I stayed at this property for one night. We were enchanted by the attention and kindness of the owners, who welcomed and assisted us with heart and soul during our short stay. The room assigned to us had a breathtaking view with a beautiful terrace, very comfortable bed. The well-equipped and well-kept swimming pool, green area which is also well-kept. The breakfast area on a wonderful terrace is served with great attention and care with excellent homemade products! Private parking where you can leave your car in complete serenity. Without a doubt we will return and recommend it. A special thank you. See you soon!

We returned after the days spent in March for the honeymoon offered by my students. Simply EXTRAORDINARY ... sea view, tranquility and family welcome. Far from the confusion of the port and the embarkations, it is possible to enjoy a swimming pool and ample space for reading and relaxation. The rooms are cozy and clean. We stayed with the family in this beautiful structure for the Easter weekend. Very nice hotel located in a unique and enchanting panoramic position! A very well-kept and clean three-star hotel and I could also say with a four-star bar/restaurant service. We immediately felt at ease thanks to a professional and courteous staff. Note also to the hotel swimming pool and the adjacent terrace overlooking the sea where breakfast and dinner are served. Also nice was the boat tour of the "cale" of the Argentario which we did not use this time. We will definitely be back.

I stayed with a group of friends on the occasion of the Gran Fondo Argentario race. We had a great time, we had very nice and spotless rooms and with a spectacular view. Excellent, for us bike enthusiasts, the possibility of using the hotel garage to store our two wheels. Really nice and thanks to all the very kind staff! We are already thinking of organizing another bike group and returning to this beautiful structure.

I stayed with my family for a few days in this charming hotel in Porto Santo Stefano. Room with amazing sea view, to be left speechless! Comfortable and clean environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We also really liked the free shuttle service to and from the town center and the boat tour to the Argentario was also very nice, of course on request. The swimming pool and the whole garden that surrounds the entire structure are also beautiful and well cared for. We'll be back.
