Hotel maravilhoso! Além do ótimo atendimento dos funcionários desde a recepção até o bar e cozinha, tem uma ótima localização e estrutura excelente! Elogio a parte para a pizzaria a noite, uma das melhores pizzas que já comi na vida!

Hotel novo com ótima infraestrutura, porém com um serviço péssimo. Café da manhã bem mediano e bagunçado, com poucos funcionários e sem preparo para agradar os hóspedes. Limpeza do quarto bem ruim. Frigobar só tem água, porém durante minha estadia nem reposição havia. Enfim, não volto e não recomendo!

O melhor desse hotel é o tamanho dos quartos , são bem grandes , espaçosos , cheirinho de novo e roupa de cama impecáveis , tv smart , ar condicionado novo . Já me hospedei em vários (são 16 anos ) que ficam na orla , mas esse tem sido o nosso preferido ultimamente, já é a terceira vez . O café é bem variado a reposição é rápida , mas a exposição dos alimentos podem melhorar , não tem beleza , as frutas picadas de qlq jeito ... A primeira vez q fiquei o serviço de restaurante era muito bom , acho q terceirizado , agora , razoável . A piscina é excelente, ambiente familiar ,garagem dentro do hotel , a localização é ótima embora a entrada não seja nem um pouco atrativa pelo seu potencial . Funcionários , descreveria como : Tano faz , até difícil explicar, tipo fazem o seu serviço, mas não tem aquela coisa de cativar o cliente , aquele jeito baiano, simpático, alegre , sorridente , como de quem se importa q vc esta ali , sei lá ... Mas enfim, nenhum nem ninguém é perfeito , mas tem muito potencial e se "Quiser" pode melhorar . Indicaria e voltaria tmb.
