I had stayed in this hotel about 18 years ago and my experience had been superb. So I decided to not look at any of the reviews and just book it. Mistake!!! The property needs major renovations, its in the same condition it was from 18 years ago. The rooms are small, the AC units drip, bathroom is very old, the room we stayed in faced the street which was super loud. The hotel charges for everything even towels. They charged us for cups that we used from the fridge to drink water. Terrible experience. There were so many nicer hotels around the area.

De maneira geral o hotel é bom. No entanto, alguns detalhes acabam deixando a experiência desgastada, como: instabilidade do Wi-Fi diariamente, por várias vezes liguei e fui presencialmente na recepção reclamar e continuava sempre igual. Secador de cabelo, não há nos quartos, tem que ficar toda hora pedindo na recepção e é emprestado por 1h. O café da manhã é bom, mas repetitivo. Estive 1 semana e falo com propriedade pois tomamos café todos os dias. A piscina é boa, sempre higienizada, porém com muitas crianças, mesmo havendo uma placa enorme informando que é piscina de adultos, os pais colocam as crianças dentro, mesmo havendo piscina de criança no hotel.
Os funcionários do restaurante e do bar são muito simpáticos e solícitos. As comidas e bebidas são bem preparadas e saborosas, e o preço bem em conta.

O hotel é super aconchegante. Funcionários muito educados. As refeições são muito boas e em boas porções (porções e prato executivo). O café da manhã tem opções diferentes todos os dias. Comida muito saborosa. Tem copa baby, o que facilita pra higienizar mamadeira da criança ou esquentar algo no microondas. Segunda vez no hotel e pretendemos voltar. Muito bom mesmo! Recomendo.

Hotel confortável, super limpo, piscina e sauna maravilhosa, café da manhã com muita variedade. A comida do hotel também é espetacular.
Os atendentes, garçons e demais funcionários todos muitos educados e prestativos.
O hotel tem uma ótima localização próximo a restaurantes, bares, ótimas praias e de fácil acesso aos demais pontos turísticos.
Com certeza voltarei.

Fiz a viagem com meus pais, e o hotel superou minhas expectativas! O atendimento dos recepcionistas foi muito bom, sempre gentis e educados!! O hotel possui quartos confortáveis, a área de piscina é bem gostosa e o atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante é excelente, fomos recebidos com todo carinho e gentileza, vou destacar o Viníc e a Vilma, foram acima da média!! Ótimos atendentes!! Parabéns ao hotel por investir no atendimento, isso faz toda diferença numa viagem! Ah!! Nós gostamos muito dos pratos oferecidos!! A localização do hotel é ótima!!
