O hotel é muito limpinho e cheiroso, a equipe foi atenciosa. O café da manhã tem frutas e pratos típicos da região.
Pelo que percebemos a proposta é ser um hotel com um precinho camarada e que o hóspede possa ter uma boa experiência com economia e isso ele cumpre bem.

Não foi trocado roupa de cama em 4 dias de hospedagem, apesar de a estrutura do hotel ser boa,o proprietário não esboça nenhuma simpatia, sempre de cara fechada,sem comunicação alguma, o quarto foi limpo uma vez, minha família teve que ficar com roupas de cama sujas por quatro dias, horrível,ao final ao perguntar se não podia pagar por fora para trocarem as rodas de cama foi dito que sim, mas a cara carrancuda do dono não oferece abertura de diálogo....não vende água,nem disponibiliza bebedouro para os hóspedes.... Experiência horrível.... Voltarei em Porto seguro, mas não neste hotel, a não ser que repensem a estratégia de tratamento com os hóspedes.
