Minha estadia estava ok ate começarem a fazer obra no quarto acima do meu. Quebraram piso e usaram um tipo de serra, sei la. Liguei para a recepção e nao fizeram nada até eu lifar novamente insistindo. Outra coisa ruim foi que entreguei duas peças de roupas para serem passadas duas horas abtes do neu prazo. Quando liguei, sequer tinga sido feito o serviço e meu marido foi quem teve que ir buscar onde passa. O café da manhã estava com produtos (pães, principalmente) velhos e duros. Não recomendo.

Escolhi este hotel para um breve descanço em uma viagem terrestre de Cuiabá para Rio Branco. Escolhi pelo fato do hotel ter restaurante. O problema é que o restaurante não funciona aos domingos e isso não está anunciado. Nas proximidades não tem nenhuma alternativa para lanche/jantar. O ar condicionado funciona, mas não gela, o quarto ficou quente o tempo todo. No banheiro encontrei sabonete usado e não tinha toalhas no quarto. Por fim, funcionários nada simpáticos.

Atendentes e camareiras gentis, boa limpeza mas o hotel precisa de reparos principalmente no elevador que nos deu um baita susto, roupas de cama e banho desgastadas.
