Inaugurou a expansão do hotel. Quartos novos bem bacana. Tudo novo. Excelente. Fica faltando só melhorar os produtos de amenidades, não condiz com os serviços do hotel e valores das diárias. Vamos melhorar os amenities de banho.

O hotel nao é la essas coisas,o elevador demora demais o wifi é pessimo muito lento a cama nao é boa e a televisão é pessima poucos canais e a qualidade bem ruim o melhor do hotel é apenas o cafe da manha com bastante variedades que nao tenho o que reclamar

Colchão velho todo deformado. Peguei um quarto triplo pois estava com esposa e filho, contudo tinha apenas uma toalha de banho no quarto, fiz a solicitação de mais duas toalhas, passados quinze minutos solicitei novamente, passado mais algum tempo o entregador veio ao quarto trazendo roupa de cama. O ar condicionado não possuía mais a aleta para direcionar o ar. O chuveiro quase não esquentou (ficou morno), apesar de ter deixado mais de 5 minutos ligado. Café da manhã razoável.

O café da manhã é bom, o quarto que fiquei é bom e bem amplo, com cadeira e frigobar, além de um armário para as roupas, e até cofre que nao usei;, o chuveiro quente/frio tem bom fluxo de água, os mimos sao simples, mas bons. A limpeza foi bem feita e o acesso é bom com dois elevadores. A internet é razoável e falha bastante. Fiquei no segundo andar e a acustica é boa também. Achei caro o estacionamento por 38 reais. O atendimento no front desk é bom, apenas esqueceram de me chamar no horário combinado, mas meu despertador do celular funcionou bem.

Simples, meu quarto no terceiro andar ao entrar tinha ar pesado de mofo, ar condicionado barulhento e azuleijos com limo. Não havia reposição toalha de rosto, somente banho e o tapete no segundo dia foi retirado e não foi reposto. Logo ao sair do quarto pela manhã o corredor tinha odor de esgoto. Acabei trocando de quarto após o apareciento de baratas nos quartos de meus colegas que estavam no mesmo andar e em um andar acima. Todos solicitamos troca de quarto e fui para o sétimo andar onde no dia seguinte dei por falta de um item pessoal e levei a conhecimento da recepção que nada fez além de dizer: "Isto nunca aconteceu", falaram o mesmo no caso das baratas. Se for inevitável solicite quarto no último andar, é mais seco e o quarto cheirava a limpeza o que não ocorria no terceiro andar. Não indico tive uma péssima experiência com a recepção, lider de eventos e com o gerente. Para alguns cliente é tudo, para outros nem tanto...
