São tão profissionais que me bloquearam no Instagram! Não indico esse hotel nem para o meu pior inimigo! Péssimo atendimento, além de serem grossas, nos tratam com desdém. Vocês tem que entender que precisam de nós clientes, não é atoa que o hotel estava vazio! Melhorem.

Tinha tudo pra ser top: estrutura boa,quarto com espaço bom e atendimento na recepção tb foi atencioso, mas as decepções começaram já ao entrar no elevador que estava caindo aos pedaços. O quarto é grande como já mencionei, porém a cama fica no chão (parece que quebrou as pernas e colocaram direto no piso), o piso aliás é horrível e mal cuidado, os móveis velhos e de péssima aparência. Café da manhã pobre. O pior de tudo ainda estava por vir : as toalhas de banho e rosto completamente encardidas e fedorentas( vide fotos anexo). Terrível, e pensar que poderia ser muito bom se tivessem o mínimo de cuidados e higiene. Não recomendo.
