Stunning, authentic Tuscan experience on beautiful Elba. The service at Villa Ottone is excellent, the restaurant and breakfast are superb. The housekeeping is excellent as are the amenities. Our group of 11 people (children through to grandparents) had an amazing and memorable time at this landmark estate on Elba. Grazie Mille.

Comfortable hotel if not 5 star - maybe 4 star? Staff very friendly and helpful. Great beach. Good for a beach type holiday but a bit isolated so choice of dining is limited.

One of the most beautiful places ever. Every detail has the characteristics I have always dreamed of. The beauty and care of every space, the strength of nature, the wonder of being able to listen to the sound of the sea at night, the birds during the day. At Villa Ottone there is everything! A beautiful, clean and well-organised structure, on the sea and surrounded by greenery with private beach, swimming pool, mini club and tennis court. A good kitchen with a beautiful kitchen. And then...as if that wasn't enough...there is the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff! Our stay was special. Villa Ottone is a wonderful and strategic location for visiting Elba where we will certainly return soon.

The food here is very good. There is always an abundance of fresh fruit available at the ristorante del parco for breakfast and dinner. Both meals there are very good Ristorante Ottonella is also very very good. All of the staff throughout the whole resort are fantastic. It is a very clean and quiet hotel. The beach is small and a bit rocky. There is some trash on it from all the boats that moor nearby. Taxi service is readily available. We would definitely stay here again.
