Un hotel 5 stelle ha dei requisiti che non possono mancare , come il ristorante in struttura , il servizio in camera un bar all'interno della struttura e tante altre piccole accorgenze che sicuramente non ho trovato. Forse perchè siamo al 31 di Marzo , e la struttura non è pienamente in funzione ?? allora ancor di più non può essere un 5 stelle. A memoria recente , è il peggior hotel che io abbia soggiornato , anche con minor stelle. La colazione è basic , senza lode e senza infame di sicuro non da un 5 stelle. Sulla pulizia nulla da ridire . Nell'ottavo piano , c'è una piccolo giardino , erba alta , divanti buttati la senza un senso come se fosse abbandotnato. Se il servizio viene dato il 5 di agosto , deve essere lo stesso il 31 di Marzo altrimenti non si prendono prenotazioni se non si possono assicurare i servizi descritti . Non lo consiglio , qualità prezzo trovate 100% di meglio in zona.

This is not a 5 star hotel - first there is no gym or spa or fitness. I thought to have 5 stars you need this. Second, no hot water and no one seemed to do much about it. We only had hot water the first day of our stay, then the second and third none and the staff was not very helpful. Third, no restaurant - only some pizzas in the room. And finally staff was not very friendly and concierge was clueless, even made us a reservation for a restaurant that was closed. The room was nice, hotel recently remodelled but the overall experience was negative, and this hotel cannot say they are a 5 star nor charge 5 star prices with this service.

We stayed in the hotel near the main square. Parking was provided and the service was excellent. The room was small but very tastefully furnished. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were renovation works happening at the property but nothing was mentioned when I booked. The room showed a balcony in the pictures, but there were no balconies in the whole hotel, when I asked staff they said they used pictures from their other hotel in Portofino. In general the whole stay was very average

L'hotel è stato realizzato con molto gusto e materiali di pregio. Peccato che la camera fosse così piccola da far fatica ad aprire la porta finestra, quasi attaccata al letto. La pulizia interna è impeccabile, quella del terrazzino pressoché inesistente. Per il resto, la gentilezza dello staff veramente d'eccezione ed i servizi ineccepibili, ti lasciano la voglia di tornare.

Un luxury hotel degno di questo nome dove ogni cosa è curata nel minimo dettaglio con un attenzione particolare ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti ma soprattutto un luogo meraviglioso reso unico dalle splendide persone che ci lavorano e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno una vacanza da sogno.

Hotel said I was paying taxes on my stay booked with Hyatt points, and proceeded to charge me over 1100 Euro. They are not responsive about refunding the fraudulent charge. Now I’m resorted to disputing through my bank. Avoid the hassle and horrible customer service. The hotel is not that nice this it is remotely worth dealing with these people.

Hôtel très sympathique, très bien placé, les chambres ne sont pas grandes mais très propres. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits à deux chambres étant donné que nous étions 4. La navette jusqu’à Portofino est très pratique. Tout était top sauf quelques déceptions: - Nous devions partir avant 8h pour des excursions et le petit déjeuné n’ouvrait qu’à 8h, le premier jour on nous a dit qu’on ne pourrait uniquement prendre un café et qu’autre chose ne sera pas possible, le deuxième jour je me suis adressé à un autre réceptionniste me disant que dans un 5 étoiles ce genre de réponses était plutôt surprenant, et en effet, le second a pris le temps de demander à la cuisine de nous préparer un petit déjeuné à emporter. Plutôt juste étant donné que nous avions payé les petits déjeunés. - Le dîner à l’hôtel était une catastrophe, le service était d’une lenteur rarement vue dans un hôtel de ce standing, alors qu’il n’y avait que 4 tables à servir (Dieu merci, sinon qu’est-ce que ça aurait donné?), la nourriture était sans plus, tout ça pour la somme de 250€ (sans bouteille de vin), du jamais vu. En résumé: bon hôtel pour y dormir, cela dit, pour les repas (lunch ou dîner), passez votre chemin !
