Struttura molto particolare che la differenzia positivamente dal classico albergo, ma che ovviamente condiziona anche gli spazi senza però pregiudicare il confort
Posizionata in modo strategico sul mare rende il soggiorno estivo estremamente piacevole.
Bel posto dove se capita l'occasione ritornerei volentieri

The only thing really worth mentioning is the location. The structure is beautiful but in a decadent phase, many things need to be renewed. Negative restaurant experience, high cost of 110.00 euros for two people for appetizer, first course and dessert, only water, no wine. Cold and anonymous dishes.
The breakfast staff is very helpful and pleasant. Unlike their colleagues in the restaurant.
Insufficient cleaning in the rooms.
Small rooms in relation to the cost, in a superior there is not even a drawer to store the linen. We stayed the entire stay with our suitcases open.
All this being mentioned at the reception, the only thing they were able to answer was that the Management will be notified and ... if I had taken something from the mini bar!!
Adequate pool/beach service, but be very mindful of closing time. They began to close 15/20 minutes earlier and then at 19.00 they disconnected.

Sehr professionelles Personal ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Super Lage, schöne Zimmer, gutes Bad, schöne Gartenanlage und Pool. Direkt am Strand. Liegen inkl.. Leider war das Essen immer Drinnen, was sehr schade ist, da keine Fenster. Terrasse wäre der Hit. Zimmer haben nur Fenster in Innenhof. Hat aber nicht gestört, ausser dass man keine Meersicht hat. Frühstück mit allem Drum und Dran und genügend Auswahl bis 10 Uhr. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Struttura ottima sul mare, sapientemente ristrutturata nel rispetto del luogo. Posizione impagabile sulla baia di Portonovo. Zone all’aperto curate e piscina naturale molto bella. Unico neo la colazione: arrivando verso le 9 buffet con cibo terminato e riassortito parzialmente e in ritardo dopo diversi solleciti. Bevande calde nel caos, arrivate a colazione quasi terminata, sala caotica con tavoli non sparecchiati , insomma degna di un qualsiasi villaggio, non certamente di un 4 stelle come il fortino. Sulla basa di questa esperienza negativa non abbiamo provato il ristorante per cui su questo non mi esprimo. Personale cortese.

Sempre di ottimo livello, servizio e cordialità inappuntabili. Ottimo servizio bordo mare anche fuori stagione e nonostante il tempo inclemente. Cena ottima che sarebbe ancora più apprezzata con quantità maggiori. Torneremo senz'altro alla prossima occasione.

Pernottamento di 2 notti con prima colazione, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più. Abbiamo chiesto del bacon da mangiare con le uova strapazzate ma non era disponibile entrambi i giorni. Camera poco pulita : vetri sporchi, polvere e ragnatela con insetti morti nell'angolo dietro la porta d'ingresso. Polvere persino nel vassoio dove c'è il bollitore per farsi i caffè in camera. Ci siamo lavati mettendo gli asciugamani a terra perché l'acqua usciva dalla doccia( ovviamente tenendo il box doccia chiuso ). Abbiamo fatto presente e semplicemente hanno annotato quanto espresso. Tornarci....anche no!

Unique facilities, really relaxing environment, clean and very comfortable rooms, top service, very helpful staff, super food and wine in very special ambient!!! We can find only superlatives. It is an experience to visit! We will come back!
