Delusi della qualità. Albergo da 3 stelle e non da 5. Gravissimo errore della reception che ci ha costato ulteriori EUR per il parcheggio (che era incluso nella prenotazione). L’unica nota positiva è la posizione della struttura. Nella camera mancavano le cose più necessarie (sapone per pulirsi le mani, … ) La signora delle pulizie ci ha rifatto la camera solamente quando le abbiamo chiesto nel pomeriggio!? Ha bisogno di massicce strutturazioni.

Excellent hotel, equipped with all the services that a 5 star must have, very nice furnishings and interiors, spa and swimming pools included in the overnight stay and very beautiful. Excellent breakfast, there was really everything. I didn't give 5 stars because the cleanliness of the room could be improved, there was dust in some furniture and cobwebs in the most hidden places which in any case shouldn't be there in a 5 star hotel. Furthermore, upon entering the room, we found a paper cup on the floor. It's a shame because otherwise this hotel is very, very good
