Wir waren zum drittenmal im Lucija. Preis-Leistung ist ok. Die Zimmer sehr schön. Nur eine Anregung uzw. das Frühstück ist jeden Morgen das selbe. Etwas mehr Abwechslung und Gemüse wie Tomaten wären schön. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich sonst eher reserviert.

i can recommend the hotel, it has a very good location, near the beach and offers great value (you get what you pay for). the staff is generally very friendly, special thanks to the gentleman looking after the pool/wellness area, and also Milena from the reception. yes, there was a few problems during my check-in, but she always remained friendly and maintained a smile , and they offered 1 night stay for my dog for free as a compensation at the end of my stay, which I thought was a nice gesture. thanks for that.

First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer!
The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening to cool down a bit. But in this hotel and obviously some in this chain (as we later learned), the light at midnight is automatically lit on the balcony. And this light can't be shut down, so we couldn't turn it off and burned all night? This is crazy. I don't know who in the hotel management has invented such a foolish rule that the lights light up on the balconies at night and thus disturb the guests of hotels who sleep in the rooms? Even the floor in the room, covered with carpet, adding to higher temperatures.

Comfortable hotel with the possibility of parking along the avenues. The swimming pool is only available from 10 am to 6 pm (when it is working). strange: in the other hotels you can use it early in the morning from 6 am and late in the evening until 22 pm. the breakfast buffet is really poor in quality. check-in is very fast, friendly and personable. the hotel needs to be refurbished even if it is clean enough. the price for the overnight stay is really too expensive for the quality offered.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms very nice and quiet and we had a big balcony.
The service was brilliant as we needed one day to leave the hotel before breakfast and the hotel provided us huge picnic boxes to take with us.
The shower cabin was very small.

Bonne localisation, mais cher par rapport au niveau de service fourni.
La piscine est sympa, mais nécessite de traverser la rue et pas toujours assez d'ombre pour tout le monde.
Le petit dej est vraiment cheap et très décevant, en plus dans une atmosphère très bruyante.
La clim est très bruyante, pas réglable, et la seule manière de l'arrêter est de garder la porte du balcon ouverte (confirmé par le réceptionniste qui ne semblait pas choqué)

Dirty hotel in general, bad breakfast (even the coffee smelled) ... sticky floors in the breakfast room ... the room was never cleaned in two nights ... there was no soap in the bathroom! Check out 1h 20min standing in line full of people waiting to be able to pay and leave! However, the cost of the room was €150 per night... and you can't pay this amount for such a poor and poorly organized hotel and above all almost at the limit in terms of cleanliness! Never again!
