Hotel is more or less okay, but not worth the price. The rooms are really modern, clean and adequate for 4* hotel. However the rest of the hotel area and customer service is quite poor. The pools, spa and restaurant is super overcrowded, noisy and smelly and would need some refresh. The entrance to the pools is for free, to go to saunas you have to pay 18 euros per person. You cannot buy any drinks in spa, you have to leave the area and walk to the pools. however, the pool bar is open just until 6 PM, while the wellness is open until 9 PM. During our stay it was full of little kids, screaming all over the pools and we felt like in aquapark or local swimming pool not like in a wellness that is supposed to be calming and relaxing. The wellness is shared between various hotels, so you can imagine how full it can be. It was okay for one night but If you want a relaxing place to stay, it is better to look for a different hotel.

Piscine chiuse in una parte della struttura e parcheggio e accappatoi a pagamento...dopo diversi anni che vengo negli hotel di questa catena sono rimasta piuttosto delusa. Non penso tornerò. Per il prezzo pagato c'è di meglio nei dintorni con servizi più funzionali.

Ho soggiornato dal 8 marzo al 10 marzo 2024..esperienza pessima...all arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera sostenuta e scostante. Saliamo in camera e affianco al letto troviamo della biancheria intima del precedente cliente, fatto presente alla reception un signore ci dice provvediamo immediatamente, andiamo giu allo stabilimento termale e nonostante tre cartelli indichino temperatura 30/35/30 gradi, troviamo acqua fredda, chiediamo agli addetti alla piscina che controllano e misurano temperatura 21 gradi, in maniera maleducata un bagnino con capelli lunghi a coda mi risponde che va bene cosi l acqua e calda....parlo con addetto al ricevimento terme e mi dice..non sapevo niente ...il ricevimento hotel uguale non sapevano nulla....il bar alle 19.00 chiuso perche non lavora molto..torno in camera biancheria sporca ancora li ..in compenso BUTTANO VIA LA MIA BIANCHERIA INTIMA...che non si trova piu...viene su una cameriera non parlo italiano..chiedo del Direttore non.so se c e morale 2 gg niente...chiedo di cambiare cena con pranzo si in un altro hotel con supplemento..rinuncio a tutto ...e una vergogna ho pagato il mio conto senza nessun problema ..MA MAI PIU TORNERO LI..ADIOS

Ottima struttura, la più vicina degli hotel 4 stelle Lifeclass alle Terme (collegata con un corridoio). Camere rinnovate di recente, molto spaziose e confortevoli. Ottimo offerta al buffet per colazione e cena. Personale molto cortese e affabile

We spent a wonderful extended weekend, where we enjoyed delicious and varied food, relaxed in the well-kept thermal pools and felt welcomed by the extremely friendly staff, especially friendly attitude of the Porter Aleš, who gild the 4 stars of the hotel. Thank you.

L'Hotel Apollo e' sicuramente confortevole e in ottima location, vicino al mare e praticamente nel centro di Portorose. La camera era silenziosa e il personale gentile, ottima colazione. Ma ... 1) le piscine termali sono in condivisione con altri due hotel e aperte al pubblico: di fatto rende impraticabili tutti i servizi di idromassaggio che offrono 2) non c'e' un controllo su quanto tempo si possano occupare i servizi di idromassaggio e quindi ci siamo ritrovati gruppi di persone che hanno monopolizzato tali servizi 3) e' impensabile in un Hotel che si dichiara 4 stelle non poter prendere un caffe' per l'assenza di un bar ( e anche di una qualsiasi macchinetta automatica ) Penso quindi che non tornero' mai piu' in questa struttura

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, very big balcony, nice pools with sea water. Food was fresh, delicious, maybe just desserts could be better. There is also nice playroom for children in the hotel lobby. Extremely nice and helpful staff!

Vista splendida sul mare 🌊 e la camera in attico è fantastica🌊 pulito e confortevole, il personale è gentile e accogliente, si accede direttamente tramite corridoio al centro spa con piscina e saune 🧖♀️ il buffet della colazione è uno spettacolo. Consiglio certamente questo hotel 🔝
