Not a great experience! I had a series of issues with this hotel: - upon check in, the guy at reception loudly announced my room number (I’m a solo female traveler), so having my room announced to the busy lobby is concerning. - when arriving to my room, I noticed it wasn’t very clean, the floor looked like it needed to be swept, the bathroom mirror has toothpaste splatters and the worse part of it all, there was BLOOD on the headboard (see pic) - I asked for a high room, I was on the first floor. - staff will not help you will directions and will only contact their friends for a taxi (who will try to rip you off) - breakfast was terrific. Great selection and the ladies working the dining hall were very prompt at cleaning away dishes. - Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and helpful - the guy at check out asked if I could wait 20 mins before checking out as he was off shift soon. Overall I would not stay here again.

Hotel che si spaccia x un 5 stelle ma forse ne vale 3 Area spa in comune con altre strutture,scomoda da raggiungere , corridoi infiniti con sali e scendi aperta anche ad utenti esterni , spogliatoi incommentabili !sovraffollata !!!area saune no comment ristorante self service peggiore di una mensa ! Mai più

It is a lovely hotel , pool and loungers amazing. They do need to supply bigger nicer towels in the room though and also a kettle would be a nice touch.

A very good option and enjoyed the stay there. Room was very spacious and was attachment to the main building. Poll was big and nice but quite refreshing, Breakfast was also good and nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel near to everything and you could walk around easily.

Zeer mooi, proper hotel. De werknemers zijn er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, echt top. Enige minpunt is betalen voor parking, maar blijkbaar is parkeergelegenheid in Slovenië een algemeen betalend probleem. Ontbijt was exclusief lekker, echt super!!! Dit hotel raden we iedereen aan

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ci hanno assegnato una camera nel settore distaccato dall'hotel vista piscina,sinceramente siano rimasti delusi,capisco che siamo a fine stagione e quindi lascio perdere i segni sui muri causati dai clienti poco attenti e le strisciate sul pavimento,ma quello che mi ha dato molto fastidio era l'odore che emanavano i cuscini,dovevo passarci solo una notte perciò ho rimediato appiggiandoci sopra il telo doccia messo doppio. Nulla da dire sul personale,molto professionale e gentile. Resto comunque del parere che 200 euro per quella camera,siano davvero troppi.

I love our stay here, the room is cozy and spacious, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, pool Window view. You can park your car in the Hotel garage (10eur/per night) The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. We also loved the pool area. The Hotel is beautiful indoor and outdoor and I have no negative comments. I recommend it 100%
