Disappointed with our 5 day stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the promenade outside is under construction which will be fabulous when finished but a** there are views of diggers and workers. The restaurant serves mainly fish with very few alternatives for non fish eaters. Room 309 is very small with twin beds and the view out of the window is non existent. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and supportive. There is not much to do in La Grazie ( Only a few restaurants most of which were closed in April) You need to get a bus to Porto Venere as it’s too far to walk and the road has no pavements. There is a bus every half hour but these are often full. If you want peace and quiet , by the sea, this is for you… if you want a variety of bars and eateries to choose from this is not for you

Very hospitable and kind staff. Room not so big but with everything you need. The bathroom appears cold, perhaps because the walls are exposed to the outside, but the opinion remains extremely positive. The restaurant service was good (I didn't like the tagliolini with cuttlefish, which in my opinion were unseasonable, but that's a personal opinion). Breakfast with a rich buffet and good products. Excellent location, closer to the sea than this you need a boat. Adequate price.

Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, excessively small bathroom, reception staff needed better training, prepaid room that they wanted to make me repay again, it took 15 minutes to resolve without even receiving an apology for the mix-up

Good proximity to Porto Venere. Great location on the harbor. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Small room but clean and comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again.

One night in January: clean room, comfortable bed, functional bathroom (shower with a nice "flat" that delivers water), we were in the back but with a private terrace with table and chair.... Everything ok. Smart television, adjustable air conditioner

Great location by the marina in La Grazie (not Portovenere proper which is a 10 minute drive away at the other side of the peninsular) and it is a pleasant walk around the bay. There is street parking outside - not a problem in winter, but I suspect that finding a park in summer might be harder. The rooms are large and spacious, the shower in the bathroom, less so. La Spezia is a short drive away. Excellent coffee at breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant has an tasty seafood selection for dinner, and there is a large lobby where we played cards in the evening, with a bar. Room was quiet with a small terrace.

I'm talking about the hotel, not the restaurant: we stayed in a very nice, spacious room with a private terrace. We were struck by the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Furthermore, there were different sizes of pillows, which I particularly liked. The breakfast is a bit standard but overall, for a three star hotel, beyond expectations.
