Good location Nice staff Environment great Convenient to outlet

The location is not so close to the downtown but nearby the southsea. The breakfast is good. However, the cleanness remains an issue because of the dirty bedsheets.

Breakfast was decent and I had a nice meal in the evening where the Chef accommodated my requests. Room was comfortable and I would stay again if I'm in Portsmouth.

Nice hotel with pool and sauna. Enjoyed our stayed there and had a lovely time. Great location and few minutes away walk to the beach. Will come back again to stay.

Front desk not too friendly with Chinese faces… the hotel is old… sink inside the toilet looks old and dirty… limited choices with breakfast… even white bread was out by 9 am… worth to praise is the waitress at the tea is nice 👍🏻quite a lot of parking spaces though still full … the room is a bit stuffy but is good that the windows can be open … noisy with neighbors going in and out of the room … overall : I think I will try another holiday in express but not this one …

This trip to Portsmouth was purely by chance, because I was visiting nearby cities and knew there was a port city, so I turned around and had a look. I like this city. It is a Holiday Inn. It is very comfortable to live in in every aspect. Not far from the port, just a short walk away. The hotel is a bit far from the train station. You can't get a taxi that day. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there, but it will be quick to get a taxi. Because I would be late to the next city that day, I discussed with the front desk whether I could check out later. The front desk made it clear that it could only be delayed by one hour, or the luggage would be stored.
