Premier Inn Portsmouth North Harbour

I thought the room was big enough for my partner and myself, The room was clean and every thing worked as it should. no noises from road or air con. a lovley stay

We stayed overnight before catching an early ferry. Becky checked us in and arranged for her colleague Ciara to give us a knock on our door at 5.15am, which reduced our worry about getting up early! Both ladies were lovely. Room clean, parking great.

Great location, free parking, beefeater next door. Warm welcome on arrival, clean tidy room and the beefeater close by to spend your evening in a lovely atmosphere just what you want to make your weekend away that extra special. Everything you expect of Premier Inn , peace of mind. Thank you purple palace

Excellent service by very pleasant and professional staff. Had accessible room 3 and could not fault it in any way. Plus Excellent 'beefeater' attached. We use this chain of hotels on a regular basis whilst roaming around, but this is noticeably above the norm.

Easily accessible from motorway, near shops etc for supplies. Parking was plentiful. Rooms were as expected, pleasant check in process and we all had decent sleep. Ate our own breakfasts as find Premier ones a bit bla and not worth the outlay for 4 of us.

Great Premier inn, felt looked after, staff friendly and helpful, answered our questions. We went to a show and it was in a great position for that. They helped us with a taxi to the venue and what to do the following day

We always know what to expect from Premier Inn and we were not disappointed. We had a friendly welcome, a great night's sleep & the shower was great too. We chose the hotel because it was close to the venue of a family event. It was very convenient.

To start with the postcode took us to the wrong premier inn that was situated behind the correct one.. we had a quick east check-in ( lovely lady on reception👍🏻) we were allocated room 11, a lovely spacious room on the ground floor👍🏻…. However we did not experience the ‘ sleep well’ policy … there was a continuous humming sound all night long from the heating/fan unit in the room, the noise coming from the room above us was horrendous (constant walking & banging about all night long!!!)(need thicker floorboards)..and then another guest shouting at a member of staff about his room right outside our door!!! We were up and checked out by 5am the next day !!! Really disappointing considering we always use premier inns and my husband constantly stays in them whilst working away!!!

The friendliness of the reception staff especially Faith, and her manager, Tom, was absolutely wonderful and made our stay memorable; just like staying in a family run establishment. Well done the both of you. We hope your employers realise how good you are for their business. All areas we went and used were very clean and well presented. Ample parking and nearby Beefeater which did us proud. Thank you to all for a great worry free stay.
