The motel was very clean. The bed was quite hard, not what we are used to. The room next door was noisy at 2:45 am and the grounds are so lit up it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. I would suggest the motel install light blocking shades or blinds. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and was within 10 minutes of our destination for Chris**as.

Didn't arrive til later in the evening, room key was left in an unsecured mailbox. No hot water. Very odd antiseptic smell in the room. When checking out, it took 10 minutes for someone to recognize I was waiting at the desk, and she didn't seem terribly concerned when I told her we'd had no hot water. Room was very neat and clean.

Cute property. Owners definitely used costs saving options like finding used refrigerators at end-of-year college sales. These are wise decisions for the most part. However, the mattresses were terrible. I could feel the springs. Mattresses for any motel or hotel are any area to splurge and not skimp

The location was perfect for me as my daughter attends Roger Williams University. It's the best value around, believe me I've looked at alot of places and this is definitely the most affordable and convenient. It was clean and quiet, the room was ready for us when we arrived. We had an easy check in check out
