Room and staff were all great, breakfast was minimal but exactly all that you need to get started. 1 of the 2 elevators was down for the majority of a 20 day stay, however there were minimal times that it would back up. Lastly, be very careful what you put your room key next to, as I needed to have the room key, recoded 7 different times which became frustrating at times. Overall would definitely recommend staying here. Location was perfect. Large laundry room as well and never needed to wait for a machine to open.

Our stay was just ok. Only one elevator was working. Tiny trash cans in the room. It would only hold about 4-5 water bottles. We had adults and 1 child in our room and could only get 4 towels and 4 wash clothes. Towels at the pool were another issue. There were 8 people in the pool and only 2 tools on the shelf. Went and asked for more and they brought only 2 more. The cleaning staff was great and the free breakfast was good. The breakfast potatoes were actually some of the best I have ever had.

TV, Internet did not work the whole day. I notified the front desk and maintenance three times and nobody ever showed up out of my weekday.

We stayed at a Residence Inn several years ago in Washington, DC and it seemed so modern. This property was a bit dated; however, the location was ideal for our needs. We were walking distance from the Chrysler Museum and to the restaurants that we were interested in eating at. The people were very friendly and it was easy to get a Lyft if we were traveling too far away to walk. Overall, we had a great time.

Nice hotel with an amazing staff. The pool didn't look too appealing and there was a delay with fresh linens. Would recommend a better option for entering and exiting the garage...had scanning issues. Nothing that would prevent me from staying again

Great staff! The room we booked wasn't available, but the staff made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Room was very clean and carried all of the amenities we needed. Breakfast was good. Many options. This hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, and parking us convenient.
