Terrible customer service! Charge me twice. I had booked and prepaid this hotel via trip.com. When I checked in, I told hotel that we had prepaid. After few days later, I found out that I got charged room by hotel again. I called hotel twice, they said that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked to talk to the hotel manager. They told me that I can leave voice mail on her phone! What’s the customer service??? A week later. No one call me back and no refund. Still waiting for hotel contact me
after 5 days of dispute of billing.

We are Bonvoy regulars and were quite impressed with this hotel. Room was clean and well-equipped. The lobby area is whistle-clean. The breakfast was modest in offerings, but the food was quality and well presented. The in/out valet service was very helpful to us as exploring tourists. If we were to offer a tip to management, it would be to improve the people skills of the front desk personnel.

I rated this three stars because it was just an average experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well annointed with accessories, furnishings, and art work. We also commented that the hotel was very clean, from the reception area to our spacious room. I like that they darkening curtains. Problems were that, as others have pointed out, the hotel skimped on soundproofing between the walls and the floors. We did hear walking above us and heard voices through the walls. Fortunately, it seemed that they those folks had the same hours we did so it didn’t bother us during our critical sleeping period. An issue was the elevator shattered whenever it landed on a floor floor. As a matter fact, we were in there once with a staff worker who gave us a scared look when it happened to us. The staff was friendly and accommodative and upon check-in the receptionist gave us a tip to park on the street and feed the meter until 8 PM when the parking is free after that. Fortunately, we snagged the spot right in front of the hotel instead of spending $40 for parking.

The room was very nice. Had a great bed and high height. Some who are disabled may have issues with the height, I was not one of thos people. Room also had a sleeper sofa which was a nice feature but the mattress could be replaced to make it a more comfortable sleep. Hotel had a hot breakfast with a nice selection to choose from. Valet service was a bonus as well. A great spot for a late night snack is BRGR Bar which is in the hotel but access from outside.
