From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt welcomed. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I love the shuttle to downtown, too! Great location and amenities. I definitely recommend staying here.

Check in was efficient and pleasant. Selected room on floor one. Room 126 was spotless and WiFi is great particularly when Netflix (my account) is available. Also like curved couch facing entertainment center. Little bit noisy at night because of highway, but bed was comfortable!

This hotel is very noisy. I95 is very close. Lots of traffic noise, constantly throughout the night and day. Details say the hotel has soundproofing not true its like sleeping with a window open opposite a motorway. The rooms are clean but very dated. I disliked having one paper cup for hot drinks, when paying this price. Avoided the Bistro as all dishes appear to be just microwaved or cold. Reception staff were friendly not their fault the hotel building is poor looks like a 1980s decorate ar best in the hotel bedrooms. Avoid wasting your money and having a nigh**are night no sleeping

A horrible stay wouldn’t recommend something very outdated, dirty, or loud—just an overall terrible stay. We woke up to the fire alarm going off in our room early in the morning. We tried buzzing the front office multiple times with zero answers to see if it was an emergency since no one was running out of the building or rooms. It turns out it’s a dirty, outdated smoke detector, and it’s “normal” to go off on and on. I would like a refund for the disappointing hotel experience of being woken up in fear.
