Very well situated in heart of all the activities. Some nice views overlooking the harbor. Rooms a bit outdated but very clean. The service is top notch from check in to bar, to valet to club lounge to bar staff all very accommodating and friendly. Only drawback is the valet fee of $35, otherwise top notch, parking in town is limited so best to have valet since service is great and you will be walking for most activities. Lyft is around $3-6 for any restaurants as well.

Stayed in Portsmouth overnight for a concert. Had the nicest stay here. By far the best of any hotel on a while. Room was immaculate, with vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Yes, please! Highly recommend and we've got our go to for Portsmouth!

Great place to stay when you're in Portsmouth. You can walk everywhere, shopping, breakfast, fine dining, bars, so many places to choose from.

Room was excellent freshly upgraded. Breakfast was spot on. Parking at the hotel is good. And you’re only steps away from great shops and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We stayed for one night and would have stayed longer if time had permitted.
