Great location and beautiful views to Puente Colgante.
Very friendly and helpful staff. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance at the restaurant el paladar by super chef Zirine Garcia. Delicious Michelin quality food.

The river view room is stunning. It is wonderful to be able to enjoy from near the beautiful Vizcaya Bridge and the beautiful estuary in which you can see different athletes rowing and also observe some small boats sailing.
The room is picturesque with modern and more classic details. What I like the most, as I said, is the balcony with views of the estuary and the comfort of the bed.
Good TV, it has a mini bar and coffee maker with two complimentary capsules and downstairs in the hotel hall there is an old elevator in which it has coffee, chocolate and other drinks also free of charge 24 hours a day.
Good attention from the employees since they were always friendly and willing, and everything was clean.
I will return as soon as I can, I felt very comfortable with everything 😃👍🏽

Llamé para reservar el menú Txakoli, para la cena del Sábado parav4 personas. La persona que me atendió por teléfono me preguntó sobre que hora quería acudir y yo le contesté que a las 22:00 horas era correcto, indicando mi nombre y mi número de móvil. (En ese mismo menú indica que las cenas son de 20:00 a 22:00). Para hacer tiempo, antes de entrar, tomamos un vino y entramos a preguntar por nuestra reserva a las 22:06. Nuestra sorpresa fué cuando nos dijeron que la cocina cerraba a las 22:00 y que ya no nos podían dar de cenar. Pregunta: ¿Porque no me informaron de ese dato en el momento de hacer la reserva ? ¿ No hubiera sido lo correcto que alguien se hubiera puesto en contacto conmigo para adelantar esa reserva? Un desastre y muy poca organización.

Reservo con un mes de antelación, más o menos, casualidad día de la gabarra! Ganó el Athletic, pues genial ya aprovechamos la habitación! Llamo para confirmar la reserva de la habitación elegida, con vistas al puente y 18m de habitación! Sorpresa, que igual nos dan otra, mirando atrás porq las de con vistas están muy solicitadas! Pero podemos estar en la terraza! Que? Llamo como una loca después de mi marido, me dicen que claro que el hotel está a tope! Que están ofreciendo 700€ por habitación, señores que hace un tiempo tengo la reserva. Bien, m confirman vistas a la ría! Sorpresa, llego y segunda planta una habitación pequeña nada que ver con la que había reservado en su web, que está especificado claramente qué tipo de habitación reservas! Los metros, las vistas! El colmo, reservamos para cenar a las 9:00h nos llaman a las 8:00h q no van a dar cenas, perdona me lo dices con una niña de 4 años, una hora antes! Engañada, timada! No sé cómo describirlo, tengo el cabreo del siglo! A mi m daba igual no m va el fútbol pero por mi marido y mi hija!Super decepcionada, súper cabreada!! Unos estafadores al completo!! Eso si la habitación que reservé llena de gente!!!! De vergüenza!

Schönes Hotel, sauber , sehr freundliches Personal. Großartige Lage direkt an der Brücke. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf das Weltkulturerbe. Bilbao ist mit der Metro sehr schnell erreichbar. Einzig die Brotauswahl zum Frühstück könnte besser sein.
