I'll start by saying that after all we didn't have a bad experience, but I would like to say a few words about expectations and the actual experience. Upon arrival, the director Gianni welcomed us, an incredible character who provided us with a lot of useful information about the area and the experiences to have in his beloved Sardinia. As soon as we entered the room, we had a feeling of little attention to detail. The "brick" type of flooring is perhaps not a winning solution as it makes the room damp (with a slight odor) and difficult to clean (given the porosity of the material). We did not find a suitcase rest nor any wall hangers, which made it difficult to manage and divide used beach clothes from clean ones. Although there were drying racks outside the room, the clothes got wet during the night due to the sprinklers. As for the restaurant, nothing to say... we had a good time and the dishes are good. The positive note is that it is NOT a buffet but served at the table. Now I would like to say a few more words regarding the management of the restaurant room, but which I did not consider in my final evaluation for the structure as mine is a separate problem. Basically, during the booking phase I had requested the possibility of having gluten-free meals and I was told that there would be no problem. In fact there were no major problems. The point is that I noticed that the dining room staff who were unfamiliar with the problem sometimes confused it with lactose intolerance. The waitress (who should take charge of these responsibilities) was practically non-existent and disinterested and apparently annoyed with managing this problem (so much so that one morning on the phone we heard him say the exact words "they're pressuring me" and he was referring to my request to have gluten-free bread for dinner. Furthermore, as regards the gluten-free breakfast, they place a basket full of both gluten-free and lactose-free biscuits on any table, when it would be enough to simply bring them to the table of the person concerned. a small plate with some biscuits and a few slices of bread. In conclusion, the structure is not bad but certainly not 4 stars, but it would take very little to excel.

Highly recommended super room with large balcony. Breakfast and dinner are OK and sufficient. Super friendly staff who take care of everything immediately. Beach is within walking distance. Rental car recommended.

Director Gianni and his team are very hospitable and incredibly hard-working and helpful. There is a very good a**osphere among the staff. The food was excellent.

Excellent small hotel restaurant (kind of small village club) with attentive staff and manager, well placed even for those who don't just think about the beach Exceptional value for money Initially we were going to stay at Su Vrau agriturismo (but like often we were alone in the property so they did not want to keep us and offered us this other base)

Very nice hotel with something to improve. Room cleaned well, towels changed every two days. The varied breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and baked goods, it's a shame to queue to get coffee or cappuccino, it's a shame not to find at least paper placemats on the tables... The evening dinner is sometimes lukewarm... little choice, but if you ask for some diversions they will make it for you. Overall, everything could do with a little more attention... But without making great demands, you can have a nice holiday!

I stayed 2 nights half board. Excellent welcome from Gianni and all the staff always available Comfortable rooms A stone's throw from the sea SUPER breakfast with lots of cakes, croissants, fruit, fruit salads, savory and above all hot drinks directly from the bar. Normal dinner, with a small appetizer and choice of first courses, second courses, side dishes and dessert; attentive and fast service. King, our furry friend, was also accepted.

The location is misleading, located next to a noisy national road. The beach is 400 m away by road. Impossible to travel without a rental vehicle. The bedding is outdated and therefore very uncomfortable. My first room was spacious but noisy because it was next to the national highway. The second bedroom was smaller, but I could hear my next-door and upstairs neighbors as if they were in my room. Then during karaoke, impossible to sleep. There were several power outages for 2 days, and the power was restored more than 20 times during the night, with beeping sounds, a disaster. Thursday evening, karaoke where the sound is of poor quality and pushed to the maximum, so impossible to sleep, even after midnight! The breakfast was really disappointing, we had leftover desserts from dinner the day before and the day before (tiramisu for dessert on Tuesday evening, and found again on Wednesday morning and Thursday morning for breakfast!) . I'm against waste, but still! You have to queue at the bar to get hot drinks, and not possible when there were power cuts! Dinner is served quickly in a chain, the presentation of the dishes is non-existent. And if you want to have a drink on the terrace in the middle of the day, impossible, the bar opens at 7 p.m. at the same time as the restaurant... It's not a 4 star in any way! I had some bad nights, not at all restful! Hotel offered by Private Travel.

I arrived at this Resort on 09/3/23 with my partner. The complex is located in Posada, a not very touristy village 15 km from San Teodoro. The rooms are clean and the food is good. The problem is that it is very isolated outside. there is nothing, nightlife or the sea 500 meters away, not recommended, it is better to go away by car, 16 km away there are beaches and clearer water. The whole area for eating was friendly with the staff, everything else was not

Truly wonderful experience of tranquility and serenity in a place far from the crowds of tourists who flock to Sardinia in the summer. Here we feel like family without any ifs or buts. From Mr. Gianni's welcome to Adriano's friendliness in the dining room, passing through the girls who tidy up the room, in this place you are always welcomed with a smile and with concrete help in case of difficulty. I recommend it to those who are really looking for peace of mind... it's true that the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well but I, used to working Milan, found it to be a real plus. Superb and rich breakfast, excellent and varied dinners, equipped beach 400 meters away... and then the Sardinian sea. I hope to return next year with my parents.
