HOTEL MUY VIEJO, LO PEOR LA ATENCION Y EL SERVICIO NO ME CAMBIARON LAS SABANAS EN 5 CINCO DIAS QUE ESTUVE. ADEMAS EL LUIGAR PARA DESAYUNAR DIMINUTO UNA VERGUENZA NI SIQUIERA ESTAN ORGANIZADOS PARA HACRER TURNOS PARA PODER DESAYUNAR COMODOS NO ES NADA RECOMENDABLE...UN HORROR

A experiência no hotel foi péssima. Reservemos duas suítes matrimoniais superiores para nós e um casal de amigos. Nossos amigos ficaram em uma suíte conforme a reserva, porém nos deixaram em um quarto triplo no terceiro andar. Além de não ser o quarto pelo qual pagamos, a cama era horrível, colchão com um buraco enorme, impossível dormir, o chuveiro não cabia uma pessoa inteira dentro de tão pequeno, toalhas manchadas, cortinas cheias de gordura e isolamento acústico zero. Como o centro é barulhento e as janelas finíssimas, fomos acordados diversas vezes na noite, inclusive barulhos internos. Após reclamarmos que não pagamos por aquele quarto deplorável, nos deram um desconto mínimo. Café da manhã pobre, com pouquíssimas opções. Não retornaria e não recomendo. Para não dizer que tudo foi ruim, os atendentes eram educados.

A localização do hotel é ótima, porém o hotel em si deixa a desejar. A construção é antiga, mas isso não seria problema caso fosse mais conservado e limpo. O café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções de comida, e não tem estacionamento no local, o estacionamento do hotel é pago a parte e fica a umas 3 quadras de distância do hotel.

Muy buena ubicación el hotel se encuentra en pleno centro de Posadas a pasos de plaza principal, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, tiene cochera propia a una cuadra y media del hotel.- El desayuno es correcto.- Buena relación precio - calidad.-
