There are two hotels of this chain in the city, one is the new one that is of a higher category and one that must be the original that shows significant wear and tear. In the first one I had the opportunity to have dinner and I recommend it. In the second, the only positive is the fact that they serve until late. Try to stay in the new one

No matter how great the team's efforts, the hotel seems to have stopped in time. Dirty walls, moldy bathrooms, stained glass and facilities that deserve renovation are what we found. Upon our arrival, they placed us in a room where even the countertop had bubbles of humidity. As the room safe was not working, we were asked to change the room. The other room was similar to the first. What was different was a safe that worked, a minibar and a counter with no moisture bubbles. In any case, the price of hosting makes up for these flaws. The amount paid was absurdly affordable.

All the hotels in this chain are horrible, especially Bagu Urbano Posadas, air conditioning doesn't work, they said they could get family rooms and we arrived and there were only double rooms, none of which were doubles available, the rooms were dirty, dirty sheets, dirty carpets it even looked like the rooms were not clean, everything was terrible, I booked 3 rooms and all 3 were the same, when I called the reception to complain about the air conditioning they told me to open the windows, I will never stay in this place again.
