What an amazing stay and start to our Italian holiday, The view is breathtaking, BUT the staff…well, they blew my mind, hospitable, welcoming, helpful, kind, everything that is sadly lacking in so many hotels these days, too many names to mention, however, Tony’s welcome each morning made even the dullest day a little brighter. Well done Eden Roc and all your staff you are AMAZING

When you visit Eden Roc, make sure to ask for Pascal! The service is spectacular and friendly. They are very accommodating with any wish or ask. The food at Adam and Eve is nothing less than 5 stars. What makes it 6 stars is the staff. Have a margarita pizza delivered to your room from Roc.

Our stay at Eden Roc was perfect and worth every penny! The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and beach, but is also conveniently next to a main bus stop. Our room was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and our lovely patio provided a great view of Positano. Everyone at Eden Roc was so helpful and friendly - shout out to Tony whose energy is super infectious and the front desk concierges who helped us multiple times with planning our day.

Just returned from our stay at Eden Roc and I do not have the words to fully express how wonderful it was! The rooms, lobby and common areas are immaculate and classically appointed. The views exceeded our expectations. We had a jacuzzi suite and enjoyed a relaxing evening on the veranda every night. While the place is amazing, it is the staff that truly makes it special. Pasquale went out of his way to check in with us and make sure we had all our plans in place and explained the finer details of traveling the islands to us. He anticipated our needs and made us feel like family. Marchella greeted with a warm smile and great advice as we left for our daily adventures. Carlo made sure the hotel ran smoothly every day and addressed any needs we had immediately. The entire staff is friendly, approachable and respectful. The wait staff at all the on site restaurants were welcoming and gracious. Eden Roc made this a vacation to remember and it will be difficult to top this hotel experience! Thank you Eden Roc!

One of the best suites with worlds best view from the extra long Balcony. Great room with kitchen, Living room, large bedroom and even a washing machine and dryer. Most luxurious room for sure Great staff and service. Reception staff is very attentive and concierge is very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Tony at the Breakfast zone. Such personal touch has never been witnessed in any hotel in the world. Such people bring extra stars to such great hotels.

Had a light lunch at EDEN ROC this past week. We were escorted by the excellent staff to a window seat overlooking the beach. We had a delicious appetizer of Tuna Tartare and Lobster Salad that was a highlight of our day in Positano. Our waiter, Gianni was more than helpful with getting us in and out so we could make our boat back to Sorrento. We can not wait to return!

Hotel is excelent . Check in quick in the room Proseco terase excelent Whirlpool good quality bathroom big one , beds very comfort even pillow restaurant very high quality of food lobster magnificent all you order is perfect . breakfast amezing view on Positano …. What ever you choose is perfect

We had an amazing trip and just loved all the staff at Hotel Eden Roc. They went out of their way to make our visit a really memorable one. We also had a spectacular view from our suite which was hard to turn away from. We will definitely return- it is absolutely fabulous!
