Hotel Eden Roc

They are 5 star. They have the best food and Gianni is the best waiter in the west. I come visit again. The view is impeccable, the food is the best in Italy and the hotel is the best. I spent 3 days in the hotel and I was in the restaurant twice a day. Check there pics on my instagram @kellaemperor

Gianni was a fantastic server! He recommended the fresh lobster with pasta. It was the most amazing lobster pasta I have ever had! And don’t even get me started on the view! They have the very best view in all of Positano. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was absolutely amazing at the Eden Roc! Not only was the hotel gorgeous with an incredible location, but the service was beyond top notch. Everyone went above and beyond for us our entire trip, especially Pasquale the night manager who helped us with arrangements for an insanely early flight. We would recommend the Eden Roc to anyone coming to Positano, it was beyond five stars!

We stayed for 4 days in the Bellavista suite and had an incredible time. From the moment we arrived, Pascal and his team took phenomenal care of us. The suite is spacious with the best views you can ask for. Anytime we needed something, Pascal was quick to have it. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

Pascal was seriously the best! He attended to all of our needs, and even warmed up food we brought in for us- and definitely made our trip to Eden roc 10/10! Thank you so much! The location was great, the view in our room was great and the room was very spacious! We will definitely be back!

Some of the best views in Positano and the Amalfi coast at this hotel. We stayed 4 nights the end of April and had an amazing experience! The view from the room was indescribable and the location in Positano was perfect. You are about a 15-20 minute walk to anywhere in Positano, including the beach and docks. But there are also many restaurants and stores within a 5 minute or less walk, including the bus stop. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The 2 people that stood out during our stay was Tony at breakfast and Pasqual at the front desk. Pasqual was very helpful with tours and directions and anything we requested. And Tony is one of a kind!!! He makes the breakfast experience so unique! The hotel, restaurant, and bar is very expensive but it is worth it and we would stay again at Hotel Eden Roc without hesitation. The breakfast itself is worth 50 euros per person and it is complimentary. The only thing I would recommend staying away from is the bus in Positano. It is very full and does not run frequently. And we were there during non-peak time. Spend the extra money for a car transfer to neighboring towns. We did take the ferry to Capri and I would highly recommend that. Very reasonable, on time, and fast. Overall we had a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend spending the extra money to stay at such an amazing hotel!

My wife and I just spent three nights at the Eden Roc Hotel in Positano. It could not have been better. Our room (416) is beautiful with incredible views. All of the personnel were extremely friendly and professional. A few standouts are the two young men at the front counter and, of course, Tony, at breakfast. Giuseppe in the A&E restaurant also provided some nice character along with impeccable service. We wanted to come to Positano for our honeymoon but couldn't swing it. Thirty-five years later, we made it! Thanks to the staff for helping make our trip a wonderful memory in Italy.

Pasquale is the best! What a guy! Had no resy and he took care of us and gave us the best accommodation! We will def be coming back here knowing that we will be taken care of and treated like royalty. People are lucky to have good service and the location is prime!

We had an excellent stay at Eden Roc. The service was extremely good, the food was good and the staff was excellent. The manager, Pascal was very helpful and made us feel at home with his friendly demeanour. He also suggested a few points from where we got a good view of Positano. The hotel room was very comfortable too.
