The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and everything was just perfect, especially the soaking tub on the balcony. The view is great, the service too. Highly recommend!

I don’t know how this kind of room can be considered a 4-star hotel on Ctrip! I really don’t know how he got this rating? First of all, the room is very small. There is no place to put the travel suitcases after entering, and there is no wardrobe in the hotel. As soon as you enter, you can only sit on the bed. The room is too small! The room is basically equipped with a kettle and there is no drinking water, and there are traces of leaks on the roof of the room. The most unbearable thing is that the sound of the air conditioner is like a tractor at night~

My son and I stayed here for three nights last week. We were upgraded to the little suite above the little market, which was a surprise treat. The staff was amazing. Claudia at reception was impressive and speaks PERFECT English, tremendously fabulous service. The restaurant staff were all the best, beyond friendly and helpful. Great view and awesome location in Positano. We ate one dinner at the hotel and loved it, so good. I wish I could go back. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We were there for our 30th anniversary and the hotel certainly made it special! Our room was clean, beautiful and bright and offered spectacular views! The staff were very attentive and treated us spectacularly! The breakfast & dinners were outstanding! We will be back and will be recommending it to friends and family for certain!!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the exterior, lobby and restaurant. These do not reflect the guest rooms at all! The guest rooms are a miss! They are not only dated but look like they have been furnished with grandmas old furniture. We have 3 rooms in our group and each room is in a different building. It seems as if the hotel has been put together with old apar**ents. The amenities are also not a representation of the rate being charged. If you are looking for a luxury stay, I would not recommend this hotel. The restaurant is good and the staff is kind. But for a rate of over 360 euro, I do expect far better quality of rooms and amenities.

Hotel is about 15-min walk from the center of Positano. We booked the honeymoon suite, which is very spacious with window and a terrace looking out on the water. It is a pure joy to wake up and pull the curtain each morning, looking at the beautiful view and hotel guests enjoying a lovely breakfast downstairs. Giada at front desk was very kind and helpful.

I stayed in an annex with a sea view,,,I am very satisfied! It was clean, the room was spacious, and it was really nice to have a balcony. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was especially delicious. The nearby restaurants recommended by the staff were also great! The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that there was no parking, and it was a bit inconvenient to have to park separately in a nearby paid parking lot 200-300 meters away!
