Nice rooms. Tidy, clean and fairly well-equipped, The staff was unexperienced, and maybe, just maybe, the worst checkin-experience in ages. We would recommend management to either offer or be able to recommend where to eat in the surroundings. Thinking again ; dont stop here.

Hotel in centro a Postumia , che trattandosi di poco più di un paese, non ha grandi attrattive se non il parco delle Grotte. Si possono raggiungere le Grotte anche a piedi. Camere spaziose e molto confortevoli peccato per la poca illuminazione serale. Personale gentile. Alcuni parlano italiano. Colazione discreta con molte cose salate e meno dolci. Prenotate il parcheggio perché in zona è difficile trovare posto per l'auto

On my way to the airport in Ljubljana, I made a one-night stop in Postojna. I have done some research on TripAdvisor and chosen the Kras Hotel. Well, it was perfect, the hotel was surprisingly good and well appointed. My room on the 4th floor was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room, it was immaculate. Breakfast was of adequate quality, parking included, so everything fine. The Reception desk also recommended me a very good restaurant for dinner (Storija), which was very close from the hotel. I was fully satisfied with my stay and I clearly endorse this hotel, for both shorter or longer stays.

Ideally situated , 1km from caves . NO restaurant .... !!!! ???? the hotel and breakfast are decent . One thing would deserve attention . It is listed EV friendly with a charging station . 1/ it was out of order 2/ Luckily there is a free charge & plug EV charger across the street but it was difficult to get to that understanding before the morning due to the fact that A/nobody knew the problematic of EV charging B/instructions on the charger are only in croat. A simple half page flyer 4 languages mentionning Free Plug and Charge charger device across the street should be handed on arrival

Check-in good. Bathroom had no ventilation and the fan was tied up with string. Breakfast items ran out frequently. Coffee machine broke down regularly. Front desk staff get angry bout anything and shout at you. Overall staff untrained sufficiently. Not a four star property - 2 star perhaps.

Hotel très confortable et très bien situé pour qui veut visiter les grottes puisqu'elles sont accessibles à pieds ( environ 1 km ). L'accueil est au top et vous bénéficiez d'un parking en sous sol pour 6 €. La literie est confortable et la chambre est bien équipée. Par ailleurs, un restaurant de qualité se trouve à proximité.

L’hotel è molto bello e lo Staff è molto disponibile, anche la sauna è stata gradita, la colazione non abbondante di roba sala ma buona. Peccato x il posto auto avrei preferito pagare qualcosa in più ma non pagarlo a parte, comunque Grazie e spero a presto

Premetto che questo hotel 4 stelle forse 30anni fa. Leggendo le altre recensioni valutarlo ottimo solo xchè centrale e vicino alle grotte è decisamente non obiettivo. Arrivo ieri sera park l'auto nel garage a dir poco da brividi buio in un seminterrato, alla reception dopo 5 Min abbondanti di attesa noto che bisogna suonare il campanello stile anni 80, entro in camera non esagero se dico che la temperatura era la medesima dell'esterno. C'era un freddo ho tenuto il piumino x 1 h in attesa che si riscaldasse l'ambiente. Letto scomodissimo materasso molle e cuscino piatto e duro, durante la notte pioveva e l'acqua batteva di continuo sulla grondaia nel silenzio della notte...non ho chiuso occhio. La colazione molto modesta e non di qualità,yougurt solo bianco, caffetteria solo da macchinetta automatica pessimo, biscotti del mulino bianco e latte con i cerali imbevibile un sapore di cotto. Davvero a saperlo rientravo in hotel a Lubiana dove ho alloggiato nei GG precedenti.
