Acorn Lodge & Skydeck

The service we received was great, room was spotless and comfortable .We felt like we were at home.I applaud their receptionist, she was a friendly, helpful person . Definitely I can recommend that Lodge to anyone visiting Potchefstroom

The reception was very nice to us and explain everything and I was happy the problem start when we supposed to sleep bed are very bad,hearing next door doing tlof tlof was very uncomfortable bed making

The bed was unserviceable, uncomfortable even making sounds I even regrading why I booked there but regardless everything was sharp,the room was clean mybe air conditioner can work for the next visit.

The Lodge is clean, peaceful and safe. I am looking forward to come back for another business trip. The staff is well welcoming and engaging. The WhatsApp platform is a great idea. The reviews are not long which enables me to have more interest to complete them.

The staff we’re willing to attend to my request without hesitation. The entire lodge is kept clean and the service is excellent. The location is also great and peaceful. I recommend the place for anyone visiting Potch on a tight budget.

We weren't informed of the passwords for exiting the property in the morning and there wasn't staff members to cater for our needs or help us exit the property at ease. We had to ask people from the shops downstairs to assist us.

On first entrance of the room we were a bit disappointed on the look and feel of the room. The fan worked every now and then on different settings. The cold tap in the shower was a mission to figure out and the white towels, well not so white anymore. The bed was very comphy which was nice. Just a bit of ‘handy man’ work is needed and maybe an upgrade here and there.

Great service, friendly staff, nice neat rooms, fresh towels, comfortable beds.. Everything was perfect, I had a very wonderful stay. Was even provided with 2 extra blankets because it's cold. I'd definitely choose acorn lodge any day!

Very clean and neat, friendly staff but busy area - also no air-conditioning, and in the heat, a fan only do not cool the room. Safe parking although the entrance looks less inviting. Lots of stairs to climb, so not recommended for older or disabled persons.
