For an absolutely relaxing weekend, fresh because it is on high ground, a stone's throw from the sea, characteristic local restaurants and beautiful places to visit. Clean facility, fairly large rooms with bathroom, welcoming staff, excellent breakfast

Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del gestore, un piccolo problema al WC subito risolto, letti e doccia comodissimi, colazione buona. Consiglio di parcheggiare al supermercato a pochi passi dal B&b. Consigliato.

We stayed three nights in this property, it was like staying at home, the large room with spacious bathroom and large shower, breakfast with homemade products and hot drinks freshly prepared on request. Friendly and family welcome. Structure recommended for animal lovers, the rooms have the names of the family cats and there are the owners' two kittens who occasionally show up, in the evening we were accompanied to the room by little Pisa who seemed to be waiting for us to be cuddled and give us the Good night. Strategic position to easily reach the various neighboring locations and the sea. We will definitely return and recommend it.

Clean, welcoming structure in a strategic position to visit the most evocative places in the Marche. We stayed in a clean, quiet room served by a well-kept, clean bathroom with a large shower. Compliments also to the owners' friendliness and customer care.

We spent just one night in this beautiful B&B, the night of 05/07, me, my wife and my son. The family that runs the entire facility is very kind, truly extraordinary and beautiful people. The property is very, very well kept. Clean, welcoming and tidy environment. Potenza Picena is a truly characteristic town worth seeing in my opinion. Abundant breakfast and then the desserts are homemade, the scent while they are cooking is inebriating. I absolutely recommend

We stopped at this B&B at the beginning of our Apulian holidays to break the trip in two and it was a pleasant discovery. The very helpful and courteous owners provided us with information on the activities we could do with the little time available. Breakfast included very abundant and with homemade desserts. Bed and breakfast posizionato in zona centrale rispetto al paese, ampie camere con mobili spaziosi, personale accogliente. Stile retrò, colazione all’italiana, minimal ma genuina e con prodotti locali, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Abbiamo fatto con una coppia di amici una breve gita per il weekend di Ognissanti e abbiamo scelto come punto di riferimento logistico il B&B Casa Cipriani. Centralissimo e strategico per visitare il Conero, Senigallia, Recanati e tutti gli altri paesi carini e interessantissimi. Affabili e gentilissimi i proprietari, pulitissime le camere e gli spazi comuni, ottima la colazione con caffetteria espressa e dolci fatti in casa. Vasta scelta anche per chi gradisce la colazione con il salato. Sicuramente un posto da tenere presente come riferimento per altre visite nella zona!
