La televisión no funcionaba,baje a recepción y me dicen que no habían tenido tiempo de poner las nuevas...el teléfono de la habitación no tenía linea. Y el WiFi no funcionaba...empezamos bien el finde semana....Es un Hotel bastante cutre

Small, clean, cozy hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, large and clean rooms... and then if you want you can enjoy a small spa for an hour (separate price). I recommend it to spend a few days

Great mattresses, as always the sofa beds were poor and the pillow was the cushion and the cover torn. I don't think a pillow is asking too much.

Desde luego que las fotos que publican, no son ni medio parecidas a nuestra habitación y posiblemente muchas. A la cama ya podrían jubilarla ya que le sonaban hasta las patas. Las paredes parecían de papel, por mucho que no quería escuchar a los de al lado, terminabas escuchándolos. La tele a pesar de ser minúscula, sonaba más que la sala de un cine. No volveríamos. El baño viejo se sale el agua de la bañera y una limpieza a las macetas de la terraza no iría mal ( llenas de colillas)

No encontraban la reserva, tuvimos que enviar el email de confirmación de ******* a un email del hotel, no les valía con mostrarlo. No sabían decirnos si el desayuno estaba incluido o no. La primera impresión no fue muy buena pero el resto de días las chicas de recepción fueron muy atentas.

Me ha decepcionado el tema de los masajes, que era motivo de decidirme por este hotel. En la oferta publicaban incluso masajes en la habitación, siendo la realidad que no disponen de masajes. A la llegada, en recepción no tenían constancia de que el hotel trabajara con hoteles.com, teniendo que presentar los justificantes para acreditar la reserva del viaje y dándonos una habitación.
La habitación bien en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad. Eso sí, con vistas a un patio interior, teniendo los bonitos paisajes que se ven desde allí. Desayuno buffet normal si te gustan las tostadas. Muy buena ubicación a dos minutos andando del centro. Creo que el precio es demasiado caro para lo que es el hotel y más después de las desilusiones que nos hemos llevado.
