The hotel is very good. It is really convenient to have a shower. Most hotels around Sterling have bathtubs. The breakfast is average and not varied.

The hotel is close (about 10-minute drive) to the Washington Dulles International Airport. We spent one night at the hotel. There were stains on the wall and bed. The hair conditioner and body gel bottles were empty. There were only tiny towels, which are not intended for shower. We purchased two breakfasts when making the reservation; however, we were initially required to repay our breakfast. The front desk lady was not friendly. Finally the breakfast issue was resolved, but it was definitely an unexpected and unpleasant experience. Our overall experience with the hotel was not good. It actually damaged the image of Doubletree Hilton and 4-star hotel in our hearts. Would not recommend.

This hotel has really gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. Used to stay a lot for work but been a year or two. It is in need of some repair and updating. The king bed was in bad shape, had an impression where it sagged and was too soft. Shower water pressure was really bad. Grabbed some quick food and it was not so good, the smash burger was ok but the turkey club was not so much. Only breakfast option was a $18 buffet....will not be coming back.
