Location for my needs was perfect. Room was large and had four separate areas. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in when staying in hotels and B&Bs. Self check in was great and instructions very thorough. Never got to meet Allyson but her organizational skills, attention to detail, and reminder emails throughout stay were on point! Didn’t get the opportunity to take an advantage of the breakfast meals but dining area looked great and journals in room that previous guests who’ve stayed there all raved about the food. I would definitely stay at The Maid’s Quarters Bed Breakfast and Tearoom again.

This is a lovely property that has terrific old world charm. The room we stayed in was great and the breakfast the next morning was very good. Allyson has done a wonderful job with this property. If you need to stay in Pottsville for any reason, check this place out. We will be back!!

The Maid's Quarters Bed and Breakfast is a good place to stay overnight. There was a large street outside our room but it was pretty quiet and after 8:00-8:30 p.m. there is very little noise. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good too!

This was my fourth visit to The Maid's Quarters. I live in NJ and have come out to visit family in Schulkyll County just about every month for the past few months. I was so happy to find The Maid's Quarters as most hotels in the area are either dumps or cost too much. The Maid's Quarters is reasonably priced, Allyson and her staff make the stay so special. The rooms are so pretty and the breakfast is just amazing. There are a number of additional amenities that make the stay special, little treats in the room, a kcup maker and kcups in each room as well as baked scones or cookies to greet you when coming into The Maid's Quarters. I can't say enough about this gem.

This is a charming B&B with beautiful architectural details. My room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. I loved the china and silver. The proprietors are gracious and welcoming. I appreciated the coffee, snacks, and chocolate provided in the room, and other thoughtful details.

Lovely little B&B right on the main street through town. Allyson & co do a great job to attend to your every need. Great little details in the rooms and the breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in the Lavender Room...all the scented local items just made it even better. Plan to go back!

This is an older building with large amounts of charm. Alyson the Innkeeper was friendly and made sure our needs were met. We'd come back for sure!

This was my first experience at a Bed and Breakfast and it greatly exceeded my expectations! I appreciate the old-home charm, but I also love technology and modern conveniences. I was so impressed by the seamless blend of both of these things throughout my stay. That great experience began with the easy self-check in, and still receiving a warm greeting from Zach. The room was ultra clean, had all the comforts I could expect, and lived up to the its name…”Lavender Haven”. The lavender potpourri placed around the room to all the lavender themed products in the bathroom jump-started a very relaxing evening. I shouldn’t fail to mention the provided snacks, two bottles of water, mini-fridge, and a well-stocked personal Keurig, and convenient free off-street parking right across the street. That relaxing evening, a great night’s sleep on the very comfortable bed, and phenomenal breakfast was a fantastic experience. And let me say, that breakfast that included Allyson’s just-baked raspberry white chocolate scones, made-to-order omelette, fresh fruit, and delicious locally made beer wheat toast was the cap to the best night I have spent away from home in quite some time! My only regret is that I didn't take a photo of the excellent breakfast! Bottom line…if you don’t already have one, find a reason to go to Pottsville just to experience The Maid’s Quarters!
