:) Comfortable suites and beds, good complimentary breakfast with few options and a safe parking lot. :( Not very quiet at night due to the highways but the heater sound helps to eliminate the car sounds:)

Nice and quiet.

No cleaning service at all no clean towels no one to clean room. The beds were not even made. The room was never clean. The two days I stayed. The traffic from the freeway was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The front desk service was rude. This is the third time I’ve stayed there for business and don’t think I would return.

The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was just ok. The breakfast was very low quality, with cheap sausage and powdered eggs. The building itself is old and pretty creepy walking down the halls to our room. No smoking, yet it smelled like smoke. Overall it was just pretty sketchy.

My first impression was reasonably good. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was efficient and polite. Our room was fairly clean (I’d give it a B), but upon closer inspection it’s obvious that it has seen a lot of guests and could use a good scrubbing. The in-room amenities were very basic (tiny soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion) and the bathroom would benefit from a couple of soap dishes and a hook on the door. Though we didn’t use it, the room does have a small fridge and microwave. The coffee maker is very cheap, as is the coffee, so we didn’t make that mistake twice. The breakfast was just fine, but the food is slow to be replenished, and lots of residents were waiting and cleaned out the serving dishes quickly. While not officially confirmed, it appears that the hotel is being used as extended housing for homeless people and those in transition. I’m just guessing, but they seem to comprise at least half of the people I saw. This may not be an issue for many, but it’s only fair that people have all the information before making their hotel selection. I will choose a different hotel next time.

We like a very good location, convenient to reach any places in this area. Suits are very comfortable.

Very clean my biggest concern with any hotel

So when we got there the staff was okay but they kept forgetting some key point. The room had very uncomfortable beds. Also it says that it’s a smoke free property put that was not the case because on the last day it’s smelled so bad
